Jeff, the sales rep, explained the difference in each of those that I tried. While testing out the mattresses, I was also testing out some of their pillows. I have never put my head on such a comfortable pillow. The brand is made for OMF. So besides buying a new mattress, I purchased two pillows. I took the pillows with me and the mattress was delivered the following week. The guys who brought in the mattress also removed my old one. They were in and out within 15 minutes. I really had no idea what I wanted and was a little lost. There was an employee there - I think her name was Judith? Jules? It started with a J! ...who patiently explained to me the different brands, quality of materials, all of it! She was not one of those salespeople that puts so much pressure on you that you just want to leave the store. She let me take my time. She was understanding of my firm budget. In addition, the store was beautiful and offered a range of price points. But I really just want to say thank you to that employee! I will be back with my husband soon to purchase $$ :)

They sent out a company that repairs furniture. We have been waiting for three months for the repair. The service from northeast is a joke and we are not happy. We also were told that we actually received the floor model and not a new one, so that is probably why it broke down so quickly. Not happy If I could I would rate them a zero.

This one, however, doesn't "feel" like the one in the showroom. Not sure if that's because this one was newly made for us, or what? But we are willing to give it a few more months to see if it becomes anymore comfortable.
