Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had with a company. The sales staff are good, but everyone else I spoke with at this company was pathetic in every way. Don't shop here for a mattress. Delivery was supposed to be today so I waited all day and no one showed up. When we called to see where our mattress was, they said it hadn't come from the warehouse yet. I never got a call from them or anything! Then they told me they would deliver it on Sunday! Zero stars if I could just like Laura said. We purchased a mattress 3 weeks in advance before I moved into an apartment to be delivered to the address and built up for me. The in store service was great. Today, my delivery day, I waited and waited in the allotted time slot they told me it would be delivered the day before. I look on the tracker and it says it's been delivered. I call the store about 30 minutes before the end of that slot and they told me it had been delivered to the LEASING OFFICE KITCHEN RIGHT BESIDE MY BUILDING. YOU CAN LITERALLY SEE THE 565 APARTMENT NUMBER FROM THE OFFICE. How lazy and unprofessional can you be?!? I had a whole entire mattress, box spring, and bed frame did they just expect me to tote that over in my corolla and get it up 2 flights of stairs alone??? Wow. Just wow. After numerous calls an correspondence the same day at the store level I was told at 7pm they are coming back out to finish what they didn't do correct. So I moved all of it outside the leasing office where I'm currently still sitting at 9pm. I called the store to get a time frame but they closed. If they don't show up they WILL have hell to pay. This is ridiculous. I can't believe I'm even dealing with such unprofessionalism. You need to subcontract people with a brain and dignity instead of people who are lazy and ignorant. If I could give a zero rating I would. DO NOT SHOP AT THIS PLACE, THESE PEOPLE ARE CROOKS. I don't even know where to start. It's impossible to get anyone from corporate on the telephone, that's a strategy they use to not provide service. I ordered mattress, was home when I was supposed to be there but truck left prior to my arrival. Then they sold my mattress to someone else. When I tried to cancel the order, someone at corporate sold me a different mattress. When that was delivered, it was defective but at this time, they had already hauled off my old mattress and didn't have another bag to take the defective mattress in. So I called store and he issued an immediate refund and told me I'd have it in 3-5 days. That was 12 days ago. So now store tells me I don't get a refund until they pickup my mattress. I need refund to purchase my new mattress so now I will need to sleep on the floor for a week or two as they process my refund and I wait for new mattress. Worst customer support in my life. I would give the mattress firm in Boone, NC zero stars if I could. My husband and I were on a limited budget, and when we decided to try a tulo mattress, you could tell the guy helping us out was not satisfied with our low budget purchase. He kept raving about mattresses a couple hundred dollars over our price range. He was nice enough- but please respect someone's budget when they say it's firm. He also said that he didn't have any over head and that he loved working there because he could run the store the way he wanted/needed to. Well let me tell you- he is NOT the actual manager. Long story short- we decided to return the mattress within the allotted time frame. Well then this guy became the biggest jerk around. I was told by customer service that I wouldn't have to pay the fee for them to come pick up the mattress due to it being under a promotion. Well when I nicely told him what I was told online and over the phone, he said "that's not true for us". So then I asked if I could go through customer service instead of the store and he just huffed and said he would have to do some research but that he just knew I wouldn't be getting that fee back. I continued talking and asked him a couple more questions since he didn't answer any of my original ones, and then I heard him sigh and hang up on me! We called back and the actual manager answered, but she didn't care about helping us any more than he did. The next day, we called back because we weren't hearing from anyone about what to do with the mattress (they said we would get another call) and when my husband explained who he was, the guy hung up on us again! We proceeded to call three more times, and no one would answer. This place is not professional, and the people we encountered while shopping there do not seem to be honest people.
