As a military officer, I do suffer from some back pain from the wear and tear of military life. My last two mattresses - both name brand mattresses - gave me many sleepless and painful nights. After my first night on my Bed in a Box mattress, my back felt better than it had in years. I've had it now a month and can say with confidence that this is the best mattress I have ever owned.
