Just about 1 year ago , I went into Mattress firm after buying a new house and seriously needing a new bed Unfortunately during a pandemic , rather than buy online I chose to come in and support a local store . The salesman was very helpful suggested a floor model type of bed, advised me that I'd get all the same coverage as if I bought a brand new bed . Told me it was even sent out to be sanitized . I took his word for it as it was a good name bed. Just 1 year later the bed has been rotated several times and it has sinking Valleys all over it. Sad part is my old bed was in better shape. I am now out $1500 and the store advised me that there is nothing I can do and they are sorry that I was mis-informed. Wrong way to do business in my opinion. Now I have to buy another bed. read more

I recently purchased two craftmatic beds at a cost of over $5,000.00. The second bed was for my ailing brother with stage four cancer. Unfortunately, he passed and did not get to use it. When I attempted to return the bed, the store quoted policy and said that the it prohibits returns. My brother did not get to use it! Despite Dennis' heartfelt condolences, he was powerless to help me. He stated that he told the regional manager and that his was unable to assist me. This is bad! Another store would have allowed me to return the bed. read more

I was apprehensive about going into this experience as a young single woman, expecting to be swindled and treated like an idiot. Jason, the store manager helped me feel comfortable and secure in my purchase. He was patient, knowledgeable and friendly. He was dedicated to finding the right mattress fit for me and helped with affordability and financing. Delivery was scheduled the next night from 5-9. The delivery guys called and then showed up at 5:05. They were professional, clean, courteous and set everything up and were out by 5:20! I went into Mattress Firm tonight after looking online, and comparing tons of mattresses. I was planning to buy online, but have a tough time buying a mattress that I haven't tried out. The manager, Jason, took care of us and was super helpful! He stayed within our budget and then some. We wound up finding an incredible mattress for a little less than what I had planned on spending. The interest free financing did not hurt! I will absolutely choose this store for any future sleeping needs, as well as recommending it too all my friends and family!! read more

We are having the worst experience ever. We purchased a mattress, adjustable base, and headboard brackets a week ago. The in-store experience was positive, and we had no reason to believe there would be any issues. We scheduled delivery for two days after our purchase. The truck showed up, and the base was broken. They delivered the other pieces and left. The following morning, we were able to reschedule our base delivery for two days later. The truck failed to show up during the delivery window, and we were unable to keep waiting. We informed the store, and they said they would tell the truck not to come to our house. The truck showed up anyway...way after our delivery window. We were able to reschedule yet again the following morning. Our delivery was set for today. We never received a call, voicemail, or text letting us know what the delivery window was. The truck showed up this afternoon. The delivery men asked us for tools because they didn't have any. They them went out to the truck to get the base. They returned to our door moments later and told us this base was broken, and we would have to call the store to set up YET ANOTHER delivery. We have now wasted three days waiting for something that we still haven't received. We have prepared the room three times for no reason. We have been trying to call the store to speak with someone for the last while. We have left messages for the salesman. He never called us back. We keep trying to call, but they are having phone line issues now. We were told - again - that they would call us back, but they still haven't. This has been a horrendous experience. The salesmen have repeatedly told us that they cannot do anything about the delivery service - and that we can either keep trying or just cancel the sale. HORRIBLE DELIVERY SERVICE. If I could give this place negative 5 stars I would. Without going into too much detail the Customer Service with this location and Sleepy's as a whole is ATROCIOUS. I first reviewed this location as a 5 but after them getting our delivery date wrong and delivering us the completely wrong mattress I am recanting everything. The Store Manager Jason needs to go back to Customer Service training because he falls extremely short. In fact I never even received as much as a Simple "I'm Sorry" for either issue. It was always an excuse. The only way my situation with this crappy company was rectified was by finding the President of Sleepys email address and explaining him my issue. After 3 separate delivery times of 4 hours - the first one not delivering our mattress at all, then second delivering the wrong mattress, and the third one delivering the initial mattress we ordered a full 6 days later. I will never order or recommend this company to a single person. Their corporate office acted like they were "doing me a favor" after getting my correct mattress finally delivered. With some research I have done it seems situations like this happen alot with this company - may even refer to it as a "Bait and Switch". I hate giving a bad review to a company but the fact this corporate company is still in business is mind boggling. read more

We went to a couple of Sleepy's before we went here. I think this has been one of the best shopping experiences for us. We met Jason who is very knowledgeable about mattresses. He understood what we were looking for. He won't try to sell you "any" mattress. After our mattress got delivered, we found out that it was the wrong one, Jason went an extra mile to fix the issue for us. The correct mattress was delivered soon and we never had to call the customer service either, everything was taken care by Jason. I will be sending people to this Sleepy's to buy a mattress.
