We moved all the old furniture out of the room except the new mattress, which we left on the floor, sitting on the new plastic it was wrapped in. Upon arrival I asked the delivery crew if they needed me to move the mattress or lean it against one of the walls of the room so it would be out of the way. He said not to bother, they'd handle it. I waited downstairs with my wife as they put our furniture together. An hour later they asked me to come up and inspect. We noticed the mattress wasn't in the room and assumed they had moved it. After inspecting we went back downstairs to wait. One of the men approached us and asked us to sign for the job because they were done. We asked about our mattress to which he replied there wasn't one to be delivered. We explained we weren't having one delivered, that it was already here. Where was our brand new mattress? They just looked at us blankly. We explained again, and suddenly a light turned on for one of the men. He suddenly began profusely apologizing. Turns out they took it to the curb in the rain and were going to throw it out. Upon reviewing our security cam footage we could see they took our brand new mattress to their truck where they leaned it against it, one side on the road for 30 min. When they brought it back inside it was covered in dirt, soaked in rain and the new fabric was roughed up. Called Bob's and got a customer service person. Hard to understand them but they were helpful. We've been told it can take up to 72 business hours for someone to return our call and review our claim. We will never do business with this store again. Beware! Avoid their delivery service.

And they are…read morewell known as a seller of very low quality furniture that doesn't last anywhere near as long as it should (think IKEA but cheaper. The sort of stuff you might put in a guest room to never really get used but it looks okay.) I was looking for some cheapo furniture so I went in and was blown away at how expensive they had gotten, either over time or in the transfer from CT to here. When I asked the salesman (who was too overbearing in the way of fully commission-based sales people in stores that don't value their customers or employees) why the furniture was so expensive if it was a discount furniture store as the store is called and as they had traditionally been he told me they weren't a discount store; they were a regular full-priced furniture store. So I'm here to tell you that if you're going to pay full price for furniture, please trust me: this isn't the company to trust. you'll save money and have longer lasting furniture even from a bottom of the barrel place like IKEA, and that isn't saying much.

New date and paid an extra fee for them to take the old bed away. Finally, the bed was delivered in June 2023. Wrong box spring but the mattress was correct. They would not take the old bed. No credit was given. Called the store and was told to wait 30 days. 3RD time to deliver the bed and it was still wrong. Refused delivery. This time grandson went into the store to get the correct box spring. Paid the fee for delivery. Box spring delivered in Aug 2023. I always thought the customer was right. I will never buy anything at this store. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. NO RESPECT TO SENIORS. OR NO HOME TRAINING !!!!

Don't really know what store my mattress came from…read more I ordered it online somewhere in Maryland , can't find where you can just review the delivery service offered, just wanted to let everybody know that the delivery service is horrible they call it white glove two men came in my house I asked them to put booties on they took their dirty shoes off and walked around on my wood floors in sweaty socks which left footprints on my wood floors, then they proceeded to put one of the mattresses up against my white drapes and they got dirty and broke hardware .The whole time they were here all they did was laugh I think it's disgusting to have somebody walk with smelly dirty feet in their socks on my carpet in my bedroom to say the least it was absolutely disgusting!!! customer service was only interested in pictures of drapes and the footprints seriously?
