Had an amazing experience buying our mattress set! Andrew did a great job helping us from consulting to delivery. He was not pushy but listened to us and we got an even better mattress than we were initially looking for at a great price. Our new mattress set was delivered in less than 24 hours from their facility in MD. It arrived clean with no tears or stains. Delivery guys removed our old set and got our new mattress set up in less than 10 minutes. (For those complaining that their old mattress sets weren't taken away, they are very clear in their contract that if your old mattress has any stains they cannot remove it due to health and contamination concerns). We thought we had a great salesperson. He evaluated our needs and then sold us a great bed. But! Getting the financing got screwed up and also he upsold us a frame and boxspring that we don't need and is not under the warrantee. It seems the mattress is not quite as big as a queen even tho it is marked as a queen. Upon measuring, it falls 4-5 inches shy. Probably why we were convinced to get their frame and boxspring. Very disappointed, but the mattress is wonderful even if it is small. read more

I went to this Mattress Warehouse twice and I had a good experience BOTH times. My salesperson was Mark and even though I came back a year later, he immediately recognized me and even remembered what mattress I bought. That's how personable the staff is. The mattress I wanted was no longer in stock at that location, but he went above and beyond to locate one for me - the guy at the other Harrisburg location even waited a few minutes past close to make sure I could pick it up in time because Mark asked him to. We walked in and took their mattress test. While we both have different desires in a mattress, the results showed us the same mattress recommendation's! Probably the most expensive in the store. We tried them and we each selected a mattress. We bought 2 mattresses with 2 box springs, each over $3000.00. Told we could exchange if not happy. We were also given 2 free gifts for each mattress. We asked for the same gifts. It was all delivered 2 days later. The box spring made the bed so high a step stool was required to get on the bed and had to slide down to get off since our feet didn't touch floor. Very dangerous for people in mid 70's. We got the correct free gifts for one mattress and the wrong ones for the other. I went back to the store and there was a different sales person. She was very helpful in getting that corrected and asked how we liked the mattress. I told her I thought they should be illegal and told her why. She said we should have got the slim line mattress. We were never told of a slim box spring. I went back to the store when the sales person we ordered from was working. He admitted he had forgotten to mention the box spring option. He thought his manager would approve of the replacement. Throughout the purchasing the mattresses, it was like buying a car. Every time we asked for something, he had to call the manager. This time the manager was not available. After many phone calls they agreed to replace the box springs. After about a week, we had to pay delivery charges to replace box spring to get a cheaper version! At least now we can easily get in and out of bed and can see the foot board and the head board. We had a great experience today at the Swatara location. I was apprehensive when I walked in thinking this was going to be another experience that I get when I'm buying a car. Jose greeted us and felt more comfortable right away. The bedMatch experience was very helpful as it narrowed down the choices of beds based on what was compatible with both my husband and me. We got to try a nice range of beds in all price ranges and I never felt pressured to buy a more expensive bed than I was ready to pay for. Jose was so nice and also really knowledgeable about the manufacturers and the specs of each bed. All our questions were answered and we felt confident that we had made a great purchase when we left the store. Their promise to remove old mattress is a scam, delivery company refused to take the old mattress. I called our sales person and was basically told too bad so sad. He said they are having issues with the delivery company and they have no accountability. I asked for the company to be told to come pickup the mattress and I was informed they can't do that. But they will give me a mattress cover for my troubles. Now I have the added expense of the removal. I will NEVER buy from this company again. BUYERS BE WARNED. read more

Although our adjustable bases were back ordered, The manager, Mark, helped us schedule the delivery of the new better ones and the removal of our old mattress. I have to say, I was nervous to go search for a new mattress as some places have "pushy" sales reps and don't listen to what you want, just guide you to what is most expensive. Our sales rep Mark is the one who breaks the mold. He listened to what we wanted/needed and when we told him we needed something more affordable, he didn't become disinterested in us because we couldn't buy the top model, he kept the same spirit he showed us from when we first walked in and showed us something more in our price range. From the time we walked in, to when we left, I felt like I was the number 1 priority to him.
