the staff at the store is amazing. mattress firm as a company is ridiculous. they do not honor warranties at all. they cover the warranty by saying any minor thing, voids the warranty. my bed didn't even last 7 years before springs came through and they won't do anything on a 10 year warranty. we will not be back read more

I purchased a King pillow top mattress 2017,Serta. It was on Black Friday so they said they would give me a adjustable base for free. I didn't need one but free is free. I didn't receive this until May-June. It was paid with cash also. It was good for about 3 years and that's when things started happening. I never used the head or foot adjuster, when I did the TWIN BASES separated and started to cave inward. The one side stopped working and then it would so I tilted it up and the wires were crushed and stripped the motor and movable parts. Then I didn't know it was supposed to be a King box spring/base they gave me 2 twins. 2019 the pillow top started shifting one way and the sewing for the mattress was falling out. So to try to help the mattress, moved it against a wall and now it's worse. After 6 years this thing looks like a shipwreck But hey! No stains from the $300 mattress protector that can't be washed! The only thing that has lasted way the back/side sleep/cooling pillow. The mattress is lumpy with random folds. The bases are mutilated, there's staples coming through the pillow top, I keep falling of the bed I've been miserable! Now let me tell you why I can't use the warranty. The order was put in my boyfriends (at the time) name as he would be picking it up and it was like a birthday gift (January 20) for me. He passed away December 31 2017. Therefore I didn't have the receipt, my name wasn't on it and I had to have his dad pick it up. I will never purchase or recommend to anyone ever! read more

Buy your mattress online from a place that has a "real trial" where you can return your bed and your base and you'll only spend half the price of mattress firm! I regretfully purchased an over priced uncomfortable mattress with an over priced base thinking we could return it based on their advertising of 120 sleep trial. Upon delivery I realized we made a mistake purchasing the queen size (their queen size is more like a double) trying to save a little money instead of buying a King like we were accustomed to. I take ownership of not reading the fine print on the base, but i still tried calling my salesman the very next day to report the problem of the mattress being way smaller than we anticipated realizing we made a grave mistake praying they could do something for us. Went a week of leaving messages and stopping into the store before finally getting a different salesman to tell me I could return the mattress only but not the base. their reasoning being they can't "sterilize" a returned base like they can a mattress. I was encouraged to try to get used to it. Well after 3 weeks the size isn't even the problem anymore as i can barely sleep more than an hour at a time from back pain and discomfort. I again reached out to my salesman. If i want to return my mattress i'm stuck with restocking fees and other "percentages" and have to spend more money for a more comfortable mattress. If i want to upgrade the size they make it sound like i'll get a deal even though i'm stuck with my base. i'll be out over $2,000.00. If i want a bigger mattress I've gotta spend another $2,000 in addition to the $4,200 ive already spent. If i want bigger and softer mattress shell out another $3,000.00!!!! I'll cut my loses now and suck up the $2,000 loss and return my mattress and be stuck with the base rather than getting sucked into upgrading into a $7,000 more painful mistake. Do your mattress shopping ONLINE elsewhere! Research and read reviews ahead of time. Other places will let you return your bed and base!!!! This place has over priced mattresses that don't even get good ratings, with salesman who only want to get you to spend more money. read more
