We purchased a mattress here and have had problems with it. They send some fluky company out to evaluate that is known to not honor warranties. They push on the bed with their fingers and take pictures. Again... they push on a pillow top bed and take pictures??? Then they say you will have results in a week... after many calls and 6 months later (oh and also being refused a managers phone number or contact info..) you get an email saying your claim was denied. The worst customer service ever and I wouldn't send my worst enemy here! Can't wait for this place to go out of business to protect innocent /unknowing consumers around them.

After returning home I decided the one I had was very similar. Same day went back to the store an hour later but Janeen refused to take it back, even though she could clearly see the package had not been opened. Very rude and unpleasant. Shop where customer service is good. When you buy something they are pushing to sell you they don't tell you it is a final sale. Same thing happened with friends who bought a mattress but were unhappy with the firmness, a week later Janeen refused to exchange it for a different one saying the store policy does not cover "comfort" exchanges. Any mattress store will give you at least 30 days. The good reviewers will realize this when down the road they experience a problem with their purchase.

We had a queen that in less than a month was collapsing in the middle. My wife weighs about 115 and I am 185. They allowed us to return for another mattress for an additional $235. Of course after I got my second Kings row from them I began to read the reviews on Kings row, they are not good. Bottom line nice people lousy mattress brand. I do think they should have offered a refund.

Vic was able to deliver both mattress and box spring the day after purchase. He delivers alone, I suspect, and is quite capable of doing all the work himself, but since you got a good deal on your new mattress, it would be nice to help him if you can (these are MY thoughts btw) He also takes the old mattress and box spring to dispose of, which costs about $35, same as our township, but I don't have to drag it out on big trash day. If any of the big places say they take your old mattress away for free, it isn't true. It has been two weeks since our purchase. I wanted to wait to see how my son liked it. He loves it.
