I looked at a few discount stores and selected this store after Scott, the store manager, let me lounge, nap and basically take over the store for an afternoon. The manager on duty was sitting at her desk on her phone, playing games on her phone; it took several times to get her to answer the question. We walked by multiple times, and she was playing on her phone the entire time. We noticed the employees running around a lot, and the manager never got up to help.
