The selection was really good, and everything we purchased was either in stock or available the next day. Same day delivery was perfect for our needs. Customer service was excellent as well. Dave, the manager, was available and helpful when we needed assistance but didn't pressure us at all. I appreciated that there was no hard sell or pressure to upgrade or purchase additional items. We came in with a list of what we needed, knew what we wanted to spend, and actually spent less than what we had budgeted. The warehouse setting actually made it easier for us to compare and select the furniture pieces we wanted. Prices are clearly marked and are extremely reasonable.

It has a throwback philosophy was my impression, that harkened back to when sales & retail was a decently paid gig staffed by competent people who knew their stuff, was outgoing and friendly, and seemed to like what they were doing. ( before the brass of large retail companies thought saying money on payroll justifying slashing talent away leading to the low quality customer service we see too much today.) The staff was helpful, friendly, and kept busy changing out displays and helping visitors. Large showrooms allow for a wide variety of styles and choices. There were more on display than you find in big box furniture stores in Columbus. Sofas aplenty, coffee and end tables included, recliners and accent items, bar stools and bar chairs of standard and nonstandard heights, dining room chairs of many styles, desks and office furniture, real bookcases, affordable bed sets and bedroom sets, and bookcases armoires, display cases, and other miscellaneous items. They also sell appliances: dishwashers, cloths washers, dryers, stoves, refrigerator. This is high quality stuff but not too crafted to be out of a middle class budget. I help a friend get a sturdy, fantastic look desk to make a landing in a home office. If you live in the Lima area and need decent furniture, this is a place to spend a few hours.

We've shopped with them for as long as my wife and I have been together and always had fantastic experiences until recently. It took them 66 days from the time I reached out to them to provide me a useful response. Their inability and lack of desire to communicate effectively in a timely manner has left stuck making payments me on an ruined, expensive mattress that no longer has a valid manufacturer warranty from this mess. I would highly suggest shopping elsewhere for your furniture needs. On June 24, 2023 I needed to file a warranty claim due to a expensive mattress cover/protector failing to protect the mattress we bought from them. The cover/protector was sold to us with the "guaranteed warranty" that it "if it fails protect your mattress and anything goes through it, we'll replace your mattress" as the mattress's manufacturer warranty is voided if anything gets on it. There was an accident and stuff went right through the protector. I tried to call and email for almost a week, leaving several messages, and never once got a response. I had to go into the store and speak with a sales person to get the warranty service info and call them myself. I filed the claim on 6/29, still zero response from the warranty claim service or the store responding to my messages. On 8/2/23, I contacted the escalation team as requested and provided my account the, and it took over a week to hear back from them. They kept calling my wife at work (nurse) despite me providing my number and telling them to update the contact to me. I was never once left a call back or claim number to get call them back though, just had to hope I was able to answer when they called. I also tried to reach back out to the warranty service and was told my claim had sat unprocessed for two weeks because they needed additional images that were not requested when I first filed the claim. I provided that a little over two weeks ago and still have not heard back. On 8/25, a customer service rep left a message on my wife's phone telling informing us that us that we needed to work with Bedgear, the mattress protector's manufacturer. She stated that a claim had already been filed by Ashely on our behalf and a replacement was approved, and that I needed to call Bedgear to finalize things. I called Bedgear, and no claim was found under my or my wife's phone numbers. The Bedgear rep helped me file a new claim, noting that I had tried to inform Ashley within 24 hours and had bee struggling getting help from them for almost 2 months. The claim came back from Bedgear denied in two hours because it had to be filed within 5 days of the incident occurring. I was unable to file this claim in 5 days because Ashley had told us it went through them at purchase and then took 66 days from the incident to provide me any info.
