We were prepared to make a significant furniture purchase and had been comparing options with other stores where sales teams were more willing to discuss ways to add value, such as possible discounts, incentives, or other options to make the purchase more worthwhile. We understand that not every store can offer the same pricing, but what mattered most was the effort and customer service. We did not feel that there was much interest in exploring possibilities or making us feel valued as customers. The interaction was not rude, but it felt very transactional and cold. Ultimately, we chose to purchase elsewhere because we believe that service and the willingness to work with customers are an important part of a major purchase experience. We hope the Lutz location takes this feedback as an opportunity to improve the customer experience.

After looking through the store my husband and I saw a coffee table we both liked. We returned to the area the table was in to examine it more closely and decided to purchase it. We were told it was in stock and would be delivered from Miami. We filled out the necessary paperwork and set our delivery date. Our table arrived to our home 2 days later. I don't recall ever getting a piece of furniture delivered so fast. I was told the drivers would e-mail, text me and call me when on the way and I received all those notifications. The table is in my home and I haven't had any problems or complaints.
