My Mom decided that the chair was too firm and Johnson Furniture exchanged the chair and delivered the second chair as well. We wear told that it could be 8 weeks for two of them and possibly 12 weeks on the other two. We made a down payment of over half the price. It's now been 15 weeks! Last week we were told that they have to order 60 items in order to place the order. Thinking that the more recliners they can get on a truck load, the more they save on shipping, at their customers' expense. Needless to say that we will not be buying anything more from Johnson Furniture.

I can help but feel too that they would make a lot more money for there cause if they priced the furniture cheeper to not try to hoard the items as not everyone can afford to shell out that much money for second hand item especially if they are going there in the first place.
