I have been going this Home Depot location since 2018. I have never had one negative experience. Since I hate shopping in general, I do my shopping through the website and then schedule for curbside pick up at the store. In the spring and summer, I love perusing through the home garden. i will continue to shop here for my home needs. read more

I feel like I' goinf to be making a lot of yelp reviews about thr ignorant people in this town. I givr 2 stars because when I did ask a giy for help, he was cery helpful. Walked me to the isle I needed & everything. Went to self checkout where there was a girl there standing. Proceeded to check out. And I here, somwthing about "Dora". Then here one of the cashiers say, "Dora!?! Where's Dora?" Then, she stands near the exiting door, even though a lady was already watching the self checkout. After I paid, she did say "Have a nice day". But I realize that "Dora" was Door(a)". Meaning, watch this female as she may try to steal or something. Like they never seen a black female purchase something at this Home Depot. Smdh. Won't be going back. read more

we've been going to The Home Depot in St Louis Park, Minnesota for well over a decade (maybe closer to two decades). I can compare this store quite favorably over the nearby Menards: The Home Depot (in general) has better customer service; higher quality merchandise; better parking and an area for curbside pick up; and a beautiful selection of plants and vegetables before every Memorial Day going into summer. My wife is a real do-it-yourself home project and restoration advocate. She is a savvy shopper and compares the selection and price at The Home Depot, Lowes, Menards as well as specialty businesses (e.g., tile and stone; lumber and quality wood products). Over half the time she selects her best bargains/quality at the St Louis Park, Minnesota The Home Depot. Now the cons: the aisles are narrow and often crowded with merchandise that needs to be put up on the shelves; it usually seems to take talking to more than one employee to find merchandise/buys that I'm not sure where they are located in the store (this problem often occurs at the nearby Menards as well); and their in-store selection is dwarfed by their online offerings--this means for a hands-on shopper it often takes going to more than one different store type to research and compare items that have only scant online descriptions. read more

I bought a shower pan and shower surround and they didn't have it at the store i had to have it shipped to my house. i got surrounded delivered and not pan. box was in ready bad shape if i was home i would have said no. waited a week still no pan. called they said it was damaged in shipping. they said they didn't know when i would get pan. i said box was bad and hoped that it was not damaged ether. they said cancel order and they would pick up surround. they said we had to be there we were there the first 3 times they said they came. nobody did because i have camera on my house. the 4th time they said we didn't have to be there, and they said they would make it right with me. they came drove forklift on my front lawn. in the end i got my money back had to wait 4 weeks for refund. still had to pay the $50.00 in shipping. i spent alot of money on everything else for bathroom their. make it right with me??????????? read more

Home depot. Apparently the t is silent but the french would say " 'ome de pōt" it smells really good and earthy in the store. I got a venus fly trap there once and it died. The plants are all in tiny enclosures kept in captivity. It is actually quite sad. There used to be this cool little mini house with tons of doors but i dont know if that is there any more. I can NOT believe Home Depot. I purchased a dishwasher from them...they were all about how delivery and disposal of my current dishwasher was FREE. I called the day before it was supposed to be delivered and they had lost my order. So I waited an additional week to get my dishwasher. Today, they get here and the delivery guy asks where he is putting the dishwasher. I show him where it goes (in my kitchen) and he looks at me and says, "Oh, it's not disconnected?" I'm like "umm, what, how would I do that?" He says " We don't disconnect or install, we just deliver and pick up". I call Home Depot and they are like "Oh, yeah sorry. You have to hire a licensed plumber to do that for you". "WHAT???? I pay the same price for the stupid dishwasher at Lowes or Sears and they will install it". He says "Well, yes Lowes and Sears will install it." I guess I will be shopping at Lowes or Sears from now on. read more

Whether it's appliances, roofing, bathroom installations, etc.- GO ELSEWHERE. They refuse to do anything to compensate you if they screw up, most of the sales floor staff is incompetent (I had to have a guy find a guy who found someone who tried to call someone who wasn't even THERE), and then waited half an hour to get what I wanted because they blocked off aisles to find someone to get a pallet down! read more

HORRIBLE!!! service never again we have not only personal but commercial accounts with Home Depot so didn't think twice about getting there carpet and install service that totaled $4,800 to get dooped and install company from the cities showing up early then leaving before 8am stating the home had to be cleared of all personal belongings WTF the service includes removal, furniture moving up to 6 items per room, and install. Granted this I a 5 bedroom and 2 full stairway install but if the project was to much they should have told us so, beside store associates should explain the demands of 3rd party installers and no use false advertisements to get you to pay for services not provided. read more

I love love LOVE this place. I was previously a loyal Menards customer but after being burned multiple times I said screw it and tried The Home Depot. I will never go back to Menards. This place is like heaven!! The employees here treat you like family-scratch that, better than family! They are so incredibly helpful and nice. Their prices are competitive and you will honestly enjoy shopping here. I HIGHLY recommend them to anyone! read more
