I'm visiting from out of town, Indiana oh, and my mom's mattress is not comfortable at all. I haven't been able to have any decent sleep since I've been in Slidell. We decided to stop at Mattress Firm on Lindbergh just to get an idea of what a mattress would cost. Not only did we buy one, we bought a top-of-the-line; a TempurPedic! This mattress is so comfortable that it's unreal! I love the fact that you can put zero down and have zero interest for 3 years while you pay on it! Not only did I buy a mattress for my mom's house, but I will buy this same mattress for my house when I get back to Indiana!

He waited a week to let us know he needed pictures! He had the exact same loveseat sitting in his store, but refused to replace it! No, he forced us to wait while he contacted the manufacturer. Over two weeks later he tells us he can have it delivered on Labor Day! So he will impact his employees on Labor Day, cuz he ain't coming in, simply because he was so dishonest that he couldn't replace the loveseat. The owner is a liar, and his business practice leaves customers on the hook! Once he gets paid he doesn't have to worry about anything. Don't buy from this guy-- if anything goes wrong you won't get customer service, you want get a replacement in a timely manner, and you want have any recourse!

As you walk around you can clearly see damage on most of the items. Sure, it'll be marked down but $1100 knocked down to $800 for a bookshelf that's literally falling apart is insanity. There were couches/loveseats with giant tears, 5' tall shelving that's couldn't sit flat, drawers with completely unsquare/uneven handles (from each other, imagine square handles just rotated any which way), mirrored glass pieces completely missing on dresser drawers. It is very clear this whole location is made to offload damaged trash to people with more money than sense. We thought maybe you're supposed to haggle on the prices but we weren't willing to pay anything more than 50% the price on anything. I've seen better selection from reclaimed Katrina furniture. On top of that, there are constantly employees around you and checking on you. If I want to purchase from you, I'll come up to the desk and let you know. Hovering around me while I'm trying to inspect merchandise is an immediate turn off. A salesperson being nice doesn't mean I owe you an extra $300-400 or more to dump your trash into the dumpster for you. I'd suggest reading the reviews here and notice how very few of the 5's are even talking about the quality of the products.
