The sales people were very helpful at first. Delivery was another story. They did not contact me about a delivery window. Called when at the house. As if we would spend the week waiting.after that the back and forth between sales and delivery was uncaring blame game. Was told rhey were too busy to worry about me. We purchased a twin mattress and realized it was defective within the 100 day "happiness guarantee". There was a huge dip on both sides and the mattress would not hold the shape. When I called the store to discuss my options for exchanging the mattress, I was told that I wasn't allowed to personally return the mattress. The store policy states that a delivery truck must pick up the defective mattress and drop off the replacement... for a "small delivery fee of $59". The store manager was actually very nice and waived the fee after I expressed my dissatisfaction with that scenario. There is no reason a customer should be penalized and have to pay a fee for purchasing a defective product! Since I was concerned with the quality of the brand I purchased, I asked if I could pay the difference for a better quality mattress rather than getting the same brand as a replacement. She said this was an option, but that I had to pay a $149 fee! Why should a customer be penalized for wanting to purchase a more expensive product? And the only reason we wanted to purchase the more expensive product is because the first mattress they sold us was defective! This is unacceptable customer service. You also have 100 days to return the mattress for a "full refund"... and for a "small $149 fee". Just make sure you are aware of these loopholes when making your decision of where to purchase a mattress. I should note that the store manager was very nice and professional; I understand she doesn't make the corporate policy and simply has to abide by the rules. But nonetheless, this policy is unacceptable! Mattress Firm punishes their customers by charging excessive fees to return and/or replace defective products that aren't up to quality standards. The moral of this review: Make sure you fully understand Mattress Firm's "Satisfaction and Happiness Guarantee"... in my experience, it leaves customers feeling not so satisfied and extremely unhappy. read more

Avoid this place. First of all Tim Hansen, was very knowledgeable about the products in the store. We purchased a mattress took it home and it did not feel like the one in the store. We returned to the store the next day to talk to Tim about the issue we had with the mattress. This response was his response: (1) I did not force you to purchase this mattress (2) these problems you are having are your problems and not my problem. (3) read the receipt all sales final. It was a shock to us as Tim was very nice during the sale of the mattress but when there was a problem, it was total disaster . read more

Could not say more and more pleased with this big purchase and decision. going to see and call the store was a pleasure. Tim was a wealth of knowledge and helped us without pressure we were gettitng from the bigger stores. such a big deal to find the right bed. in a store. that you are trying to be natural in a bright store. Tim offrered to stay late or come in early so we can have privacy and time. we choose the Harmony style Tempurpedic and made the finances work for us. so talk about chainhing your life. after 25 years of insomnia and chronic health I am sleeping better and better thanks so... pass the word. read more

Be Very Careful! Everything is nice and happy until you experience a problem! Avoid this place! Would never recommend or go to this place. They have a hands off policy on fixing any issue. I visited the Covington LA store 5/3/18. The sales associate, Greg Laborde, was great! He knew the details on every mattress, down to the coil count. He answered every question but didn't follow me around the store and hover. The store had every mattress on display that the website said. I enjoyed spending time and talking with Greg while picking out the perfect mattress. Even delivery was great. The automated calls and emails kept me informed down to the last minute, and the delivery timing was on the money. Overall, I couldn't ask for a better experience. read more
