I asked for firm care at the time of purchase, was given the paperwork for it, my fault for not questioning what I was given, it was never charged so I don't have it. The company that produced my adjustable bed frame closed down 1 year after purchasing it and now me and my husband have been waking up with shoulder and neck pain for months now because the frame has dropped at the bend. We've been sleeping on a curved mattress. We are both stomach sleepers. Not to mention the adjustable motor only worked for a year. Mattress firm has absolutely no solution for us. read more

When is a Queen Mattress not a Queen? Recently I purchased a Sealy Posturepedic hybrid Lacey II 13" Queen mattress from Mattress firm as a gift for a relative out of state. The mattress was intended to replace an older and very uncomfortable queen mattress. The Mattress was advertised as a Queen with standard dimensions of 80" x 60" but after it was delivered, to our surprise, the mattress was short- approximately 78"x60". The cut of this particular mattress was shorter than any other queen mattress in stock. The size was closer to a mattress meant for an RV. After reviewing specs of this particular mattress on Sealy's website, I was surprised to note that they actually listed the correct size of the mattress at 79"x 60". Hhm, I thought to myself, what's going on with Mattress Firms advertising this particular model as a standard Queen when in fact they had to have known it was not. My sales rep/ sleep expert was great. He worked with us to get the mattress replaced with an actual Hybrid- ( Sealy Posturepedic Elite series) that measured as a standard 80" x 60" queen. The price for the upgrade was a bit higher but considering the circumstances, it was worth it. So, what did I learn about this entire process? not every non- boxed Queen mattress advertised at Mattress Firm is the actual size of the mattress. If possible, measure once to avoid replacing twice. read more

Mattress firm is in it for the money and not the service. We bought our mattress and adjustable bed a little more than two years ago, For a whopping $6300. Assured all sorts of guarantees by the sales staff of the quality of their product and they have failed to deliver. When I had issues with the adjustable bed I had to go to the adjustable bed company and have them come out and charge fees for diagnosis and repairs. I had trouble with my mattress sagging on the end and putting a huge hump in the middle. Mattress firm did not warrantee/guarantee what they sold. And had to go to the product manufacture to file a claim Who said the product was within manufacture tolerance. My back does not believe them! Never will I shop mattress firm again, ever. Back to Costco with there is never an issue with quality or returns. read more

I purchased my bed on 2/16/18 during their sale. My plans were just to look not to buy. I had other places in mind to go check out before deciding. However that plan went right out the window when I found the Purple mattress. I suffer from chronic pain and many other issues. As soon as my body hit the Purple I experienced instant relief in my pressure points, joints and body. I didnt want to get up. It was the first time I had any actual physical relief other than pain medication and that doesnt work very well. When I informed Mike the salesman he said there was nothing else in the show room to show me if I liked the Purple because there was simply nothing else like it. I thought he was blowing me off at first. So to humor me he showed me other beds but he was right. When I went back to the Purple I was instantly happy again. There was no other bed that made me feel as good. And it was very clear the #4 was the one for me. No doubt in my mind. It was a bit pricey even with the sale and I wanted an adjustable base with head and foot. Luckily I qualified for their credit and I had enough to put for a down payment because I literally have no credit at all. The cost has been worth every penny! No regrets! I was able to pay the bed off within the 3 months and it has been a Life Changer!!! This bed is really part of my every day survival with my condition. I sleep so much better than ever before, I still have pain amd numbness but not like I did before and I know its not caused from my matress anymore. With my old bed I would have to shift every 10 min. To avoid the pain and numbness then I would have to go to the bathroom because I was constantly awake. My bed frame was broken too so I was always clinging to the edge of the bed praying the rest of it didnt break leaving me on the floor. Poor Mike was running the show room all by himself that night and I could tell he was hungry, tired and exhausted and handling multiple customers all at once. Shame on Mattress firm for not having more staff. But Kudos to Mike for being so patient with my daughter and I who was there to assist me physically. You made sure I got the bed of my dreamsTYVM!!!
