He took me to the less expensive ones first, they were nice but they weren't right for me with my back issues. He asked me what mattress do I have now, I told him and he took me to go try those out. As soon as I laid down I was like Goldilocks in that perfect bed. Mike showed me prices and I told him I will be back when the time was right... not once did he try to upsell me...not once did he sound like a car salesman... i really appreciated that. Fast forward to May ( 2 days ago) we went to a few places for quotes and then went to go see Mike and LARRY ( or your mattress is free) Larry wasn't there lol. We didn't tell Mike any of the other quotes we just told him what we wanted and see what he came up with for us. I'VE BEEN VERY HONEST WITH MY YELP REVIEWS GOOD OR BAD...SIT AND SLEEP HAD THE BEST PRICES. Mike came back with a price that none of the other places could have came close to. MIKE SERIOUSLY THANK YOU FOR GOING ABOVE AND BEYOND. THANK YOU FOR YOUR PATIENCE ( all my questions) AND PROFESSIONALISM. And fyi our new bed ended up being about 1 1/2 inches higher than our old one, so now I need a stepper lol but I love love love how high it is. Thank again Mike. Also we had next day delivery and the 2 guys that delivered our mattress was on time and was quick with setting everything up. They came out and inspected the bed and I went right up there and Erik (the ownet) guided me to another bed. This is an upgrade that works better for my horrible back issues and they seriously had the new bed here an hour after I left so I was not without a mattress !!!! Don't be afraid to go here. After checking out several mattress businesses, we discovered "Mattress Discount By Appointment" via Craigslist since hubby wanted a cheap mattress but after actually visiting the business and interacting with the friendly owner Al, we left wanting a high class mattress as well as a sleeper sofa. Before entering the business , there was signage on the door saying that masks were required to go inside. Upon entering the business, we were warmly greeted by the store owner named Al. After being taken to the mattress showroom, Al asked us what type of bed we had as well as what budget we had in mind to spend on a mattress. After we answered Al's questions, he showed us a variety of mattresses and told us the benefits of each mattress as well as let us sit on the mattress to get a feel for them. In the end, we decided on an eco-friendly mattress as well as a couch that can converted into a sleeper bed for any company that comes and visits. Before leaving the store, Al said if we were interested in purchasing the items we looked at, he would text us a weblink to apply for store financing. Hubby said we were interested and we quickly completed the online application which was easy to understand and straightforward. We returned the next day and discussed the items we wanted to purchase before I signing the lease agreement. After signing the lease agreement, we decided upon a delivery date and time to have our mattresses dropped off. Al said to let him know if we needed to have the delivery time has changed. When our apartment move in time changed, I contacted Al and he worked with his delivery drivers to make sure our mattresses arrived in a timely fashion. The delivery men arrived with the mattresses and quickly set them up. We also purchased a sleeper sofa from Al and although he gave us an arrival date of Tuesday, we were pleasantly surprised to get a call that the sofa would be delivered the following day. The delivery drivers brought the item to our home and quickly set it up.Overall, my experience working with this business and its owner Al has been a pleasure and we will definitely be buying more furniture from him in the future.

Now it's after hours. We broke down our bed frame and mattress/box spring and slept on just those. Frame outside for bulk trash. We're not young people. We're seniors. Over. 55! Sleeping on a box spring and mattress on the floor was rough for us because it's too low, with my husband having sciatic issues & me having knee replacements. No one has called today yet. They've closed as a matter of fact! Customer Svc offered $100 credit in the store, but the prices are already ridiculous! Our bed frame, head and foot board is outside! Mind you, our new bed frame head & foot board cost $1,300.00! Still no call. "7:43pm: Well look who's just arriving without a call???! Delivery!" Letting flies in the house! Not acceptable. So what will the $100 store credit get us ....???? A small rubber desk plant was $39! Not happy customers. My husband has to be at work @3:30am! They barely left after 8:25pm. Beautiful mountain interior decor with lovely wine glasses, table settings, table runners, furniture, sofas, and more. It's very pretty inside and I wanted one of everything. The woman working the front was very sweet and friendly. The Mattress place was in the rear of the parking lot. It's mainly log beds, mattresses, bedding, pillows, some dressers and more bedroom furnishings. The woman running the bedroom department was attentive. It's worth a look.
