There were none in stocks I had to wait a few days to pick it up. When I get home it is incredibly soft within 3 weeks my husband and I were rolling into each other in the middle. I called the salesman and they said that's because they were two people on a full size bed and that's why it wore out twice as fast. Ummm how long was it supposed to last? No one told me it was a 15-day mattress when I bought it. I argued about the restocking fee, they said come see the store mngr at a different location. He pulled a mattress from a rack claiming it was my mattress then continued to be me on mattresses that were even softer than the worn one. I drove back to the original store and laid on the one I originally fell in love with... It was heavenly firm. Just like before. Switcharoo or what? I'll let the BBB figure that out.

I bought both over the phone with the idea of trying both and deciding on one. After getting them, I figured which one I liked and decided to return the other. The associate at the store tells me NO RETURNS on pillows. Never was this iterated to me, not once, before purchase. If I had bought these directly from the manufacturer they would have gladly allowed me to return and they would have been cheaper. Never again. I am thankful I did not buy the mattresses here #purple

I purchased some mattresses 2 months ago and referred my parents and brother to this store. Both my…read moreparents and brother bought a set of mattress in Harlingen. The Harlingen sales rep told my parents and brother that I should receive two free pillows or mattress covers for my two referrals. The sales rep also stated I could pick these free gifts at any location. I chose to go the the galleria next to Expressway 83 in McAllen. The so called manager, Mark Caldaza, was very smug and rude when I explained what I was told. He refused to give me the two free pillows after two trips to the store, and even after my mother called him to give him the name of the sales rep she worked with in Harlingen. The sales reps in Harlingen were very nice to my parents and brother, but the manager in the McAllen store I went was not. If you decide to purchase anything from this company, I highly recommend you do not purchase from the store located 1001 E. Jackson Ave. in McAllen, Tx.
