If you decide to return the items you will not get anything near what was paid for the items, and NO THE SALES CLERK AKA, ATILLA THE HUN WILL NOT LET YOU EXCHANGE IT FOR A PRODUCT YOU PREFER! She informed me it was not her decision BUT store policy to only issue refunds for what the product was deemed to be worth at this point in time. So if you don't have a receipt you'll likely end up receiving only about 20% of what was paid for the items! I was told that I should get a receipt from my friend if I wanted to get a full refund, how insulting to ask someone who buys a gift to produce a receipt for a refund. Refund is Pretty much useless unless you want to collect samples. So much for customer service, it's non existent at this store according to the very rude cashier #4043227, as I was leaving she hollered have a nice day!!!! Really didn't appreciate her attempt at sarcasm! So I guess the moral of the story is forget shopping at Bath and Body Works!

We found a much better King mattress shipped from Sam's club. It came in a box, expanded properly over night, has edges and is very like the Temperpedic CKing we have had for years. Nice and deep, totally comfortable and no one has fallen out of bed! Thanks to their online attention, I'm considering looking at other Furniture Row items.

Had us lay down on each one and we choose the one we liked the best. He then asked if we wanted to do some comparisons between other brands so we looked at some other oy. He then showered us Denver Mattresses that were similar to what we wanted and we actually fell in love with one. We then were given the prices of all the ones we had looked at the Denver one was the least expensive. We did buy the mattress and pillows and covers for all and added a set of sheets. It will be 2-3 weeks before it is delivered but that is not an issue. This being right at the Christmas holidays they are running a little behind so he did not want to promise it any sooner. Our item that we were looking for was in stock, and they have coupons that get mailed out. So it was definitely a deal. But be sure to do your research, some of the items are the exact same as Harbor Freight but for 3 times the cost.
