John greeted us and asked a few questions about our sleep, then recommended a few options that he thought would fit us. Once he showed us his recommendations, he gave us space and didn't hassle us. He didn't try to push something that was above our budget. He checked in a couple of times just to see if we needed any water or if we had questions. John was very honest and did not push us into making a purchase. He's the reason we decided to go ahead and purchase a mattress from this location. He recommended several options based on our current sleep issues and habits. We ended up finding the perfect mattress and couldn't be happier. León with the delivery team was awesome as well-- in and out, respectful, on time, and cautious of my property while they were carrying the new and old mattress upstairs. Upon walking in, we were greeted by Gary. Gary was not pushy at all. He casually mentioned some other items we might be interested and then directed us to where we needed to go. He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He asked us questions to better understand what we needed and wanted and guided us in the right direction. I'm not sure if they work on commission, but Gary ended up placing the order for the online items we found because we did not find our items in the store. I came to this store after talking to Trevor on the phone, who gave me knowledge about my past purchase and guidance on what I was currently dealing with to help solve the issue-which- to be honest- my husbands snoring, and apparently I'm a princess that doesn't like foam in her mattress because I sink into it and can't get out! ( Yes, he may hurt me later for posting this! ) When we finally went in, Trevor gave us the best options, which , yeah, with snoring, are kinda pricey, but I do love my husband and apparently he loves me, because we bought the whole set and took Trevor's advice who helped us get a great deal after only owning that rotten mattress for a year. We got set up with a great mattress with an adjustable base-and YES- get the adjustable foot part- at night, I can raise the bed until he stops snoring and I'm able to get out of the bed!!!
