Come to find out they had my phone number in the computer wrong so texts and calls were going to somebody else. They said they had corrected the phone number and they will call me in two weeks. Never did hear from Them. two weeks come and go and today (2mths out)I get a voicemail saying we tried to deliver your mattress, but nobody was available. Called mattress firm they never did change my phone number. I have not been getting any notifications and they said there is no way we can contact the delivery driver. I told them to keep the mattress. Totally unorganized. Why sell a product you don't have? Buy your mattresses somewhere else.

This place ended up being a really refreshing experience. Carl spent a lot of time walking us through how different mattresses are actually built. He explained things like coil gauge, foam density, and support, which most stores never really talk about. It felt more like an educational conversation than a sales pitch. What stood out to me was that when I asked a few detailed questions, he didn't just guess or give a generic answer. A couple of times he actually called the manufacturer while we were there to make sure we had the exact information. That level of transparency impressed me. We were able to try multiple mattresses and take our time comparing them, and there was zero pressure. Carl also shared some background on where the mattresses are made and the materials used, which helped us understand the quality differences. Another thing I appreciated was the communication. He even sent a quick text later to let us know when the mattress shipment would be arriving, which made the whole process smooth. Price-wise, we were also pleasantly surprised. After visiting a few other places, the value here ended up being better than both the big chain stores and some of the smaller local shops we had checked out. Lucky for me, this spot is truly a consignment gem. Don't judge a book by its cover, the interior of this place is pretty sizable, and bonus, the prices are pretty solid. Light fixtures are hung above your head, seating options are displayed everywhere and art paints the walls. Headboards, tables, unique seating, prints, patio furniture, and even jewelry, they have quite a selection. That being said, the only feedback I'd have is better attention to customer service. I think I was acknowledged once, if that. That acknowledgement was a glance, and a response to my "good morning". I'd love to be welcomed into the store, a nice hello, and a check in while shopping, but everyone has off days and it's possible that I experienced a one off.
