They don't offer refunds if you want to return a bed and get something else better. They only give you in store credit. So you better hope they have a mattress you love and a mattress you won't need to return because chances are they might not have what you really want and then you are stuck with them and they're selection and the bed you want to return.... Or you have to spend a whole lot more money to get something better. Apparently employees also like to sleep on the job here like this Josh employee and then Josh harasses you about your reviews online which I have pictures to prove it. Him sleeping and him harassing me...... SMH Treated poorly and unfairly, Josh the store employee not only sleeps on the job but also insults you based on your religion but also messages your personal phone number to treat you like crap over leaving a review about the company and the bad experience you had, he was also at my house giving me crap about my online review. DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THIS SHADY PLACE! I'll be contacting the better business bureau as well to report this harassment! glad I have pictures of the text messages and pictures of job sleeping on the job from the first day me and my family went there. I had a nightmare of an experience at mattress1 across the street from Mattress Brands, lets just say I was not happy, I dont want to bash them, but it was horrible. I saw the signs for Mattress Brands when I was leaving and thought I would check it out. No kidding, the same mattress at Mattress One for $2400 I got at Mattress Brands for less than $1000 including delivery and 2 pillows, crazy. Plus it was in stock and they delivered the same night. I like small business and was so impressed with this company I just had to write a review. Just fyi, I started shopping for an adjustable power bed online, prices were crazy $3000...$4000...$5000 and up, so I called mattress brands and they had one for $1400 read more

David could not have been nicer or more helpful. Going in, I really wasn't sure exactly what I wanted, other than that I wanted a queen size. David knew the merchandise and explained the differences well. While the business is small, they have a pretty wide selection and beds of all varieties, including top-end beds at reasonable prices. He was friendly, efficient, and willing to work with me and my budget. He was not the least bit pushy and did not try to over-sell me, which I greatly appreciated. Also, the next-day delivery was considerably less expensive than I expected it to be. I would definitely recommend this business to anyone looking for a new bed. I had limited time to find a mattress for some relatives coming in last weekend and after visiting several mattress stores i was a little price shocked. My daughter and i happened to be eating at Jasons Deli and saw this mattress store. i decided earlier that day i was just going to get a air mattress for my guest bedroom then went into this store and got such a good deal on a floor model that i could not pass it up. the sales person even delivered it that night because i explained i had company coming in the next morning. i never write reviews but myself and my daughter were so impressed she said i had to write them a review and she was correct. if you need a mattress buy it from them you will not be dissapointed. read more

Should have gone much sooner! Needed to replace two very old mattresses, but was having sticker shock after visiting the usual stores! Went into MBD and met with Cedric. He was so patient, as it literally took me an hour to make up my mind. We got 2 high quality mattresses (one twin and one king) and 2 pillows for less than the cost of 1 mid-range mattress at one of the regular stores. I was still a bit skeptical. Mattresses were delivered that evening. Best choice! The mattresses have been awesome - so comfortable. I don't know why we waited. 3 Months later...we went back to buy another mattress for our older daughter. She loves it. Go see Cedric! My husband and i are newlyweds. We were looking for a matress. We stopped across the street at matress one. So overpriced! We drove here and stopped in on a whim. It was so worth it! Brennan was so nice. My husband and i don't have the best credit but we were approved. Brennan is so friendly. We bought a kings down sleep to live with the box springs for $1,000 dollars. I had a great experience. They care about thier customers because they wear masks to protect themselves and us. They also go above and beyond helping you pick it out the right mattress. They don't do refunds as outlined on the receipt but they do a comfort exchange so if you need softer or harder you can bring it back. I got a king mattress from this place, I had a tough time finding a mattress because my husband has had 3 back surgeries and needs a firmer bed, but I am small and like soft. We ended up purchasing a bed that has 2 separate firmness, my side is soft and my husbands is firmer. I dont remember the exact model but it is called sleep to live by Kingsdown.
