She helped us select a new king bed and guest bed. Juli was patient and explained the different promotions/deals and warranties. They have great prices and sales. A great value! They have a selection of pillows and mattress covers too. The location has plenty of parking and is conveniently located next to Target, Walmart, and so much more.

When I went in, Ray was very friendly and spoke professionally. Yet, he was very casual- which made me feel comfortable! The lounge area of the place looked furnished with their own supply. This gave a good idea of the quality of their furniture. I went in wanting one couch, got it ordered, left, and then changed my mind 2 hours later. I came back in that same day and Ray thoroughly accommodated me! It was the perfect service ! I got my couch delivered the very next morning and it has been effect ever since (2 months now)! The delivery was free and assembly fee is only 25$. I didn't pay for assembly as I'd like to think I'm a capable girl. Assembly was very easy ! The guys dropped it off in the middle of the room and I got to assembling. It took roughly 30-45 mins to complete all on my own! Folding down the box it came in was the hardest part..! Next time though, I'll pay for assembly as it's probably worth it for 2 big men to do it quicker for cheap :) I absolutely love the couch! It's the perfect comfort level and the color matches our living room. There were a few stray strings, but nothing a pair of scissors can't fix! When we arrived, no one was answering the door. So we called and no one answered the phone. There were several desks but no one around. So I wandered to the side and found a door to their lunchroom open. We went in and continued to go to the back of the storage area. We yelled but no one answered. Finally at the back by the bay doors, we found a person that could help us. He was very helpful and responsive. The issue is they should have someone up front if you are expecting people. We had been in the market for a new Cal King mattress and evaluated all of our options, landing on the Sterns & Foster brand and ended up purchasing one along with another mattress for our daughter and an adjustable bed frame. Elwin, our sales rep, was very friendly, helpful, and honest and let us browse the store without pressuring us. He was calm and collected and is just a shining star sales rep for this company. The pros with going through Mattress Firm for the Sterns & Foster is that they have many models in stock and can deliver them a day or 2 later vs. going directly through S&F where they build them as orders come in, which takes a few weeks. Delivery occurred on schedule with 2 hard working delivery guys that brought our new mattresses and bed frame into our bedrooms and installed them and took away our old mattresses. All in all, we are very happy with our experience with Mattress Firm!
