I was suffering from some back and sciatic pain and realized that my current mattress was getting a bit saggy. So online I went and discovered that many chiropractors and reviews recommended the Helix mattress. However, I needed it NOW and didn't want to wait a week or more. Different manufacturers brands have different feels as one lies down to "test" the hardness or softness of your choice. I had a great experience buying a memory foam mattress from this story. The salesman was helpful and all the staff was nice and cordial. They took the time with me even though I was indecisive and changed my mind a lot. They didn't even hurry me when I was laying on the floor display models for a long time. They do have same day delivery for an extra $20 fee, but if you don't need the mattress so bad, they offer free delivery the next day (if you are buying a set). The folks at Mattress Overstock really helped us finalize our decision to purchase a latex spring free Sealy Cloverleaf mattress. Jim, the owner of Mattress Overstock was very well informed and intuitive of what our needs were walking in the door. I had an issue with a Sterns and Foster box spring and rails that I bought in 2012 (forgot to write review) from Mattress Overstock from one location. I went to a different location (Lombard, IL) which was closer to me and explained the issue with the box spring woods were broken in half and the bed spring appeared to not be able to support the bed. Making the long story short...The mgr advised me that they would charge me $100 for the replacement box spring. I asked isn't the box spring under warranty. It was or wasn't (can't remember) but he said he needed someone from his company to come to my location to inspect the box spring in order to make a decision. Low and behold, I ended up not having to pay for the box spring. They delivered it for me and set it up...free of charge. That is how you treat your customers. Now I am in the market again for mattresses for additional bedrooms and will be going back to this store because of the customer service and I really love my Sterns and Foster firm mattress.
