On the day of delivery, we got a call 10 minutes prior to alert us of arrival. Our window was between 9 and 11 am. Delivery occurred at 915 am! Delivery service was in and out within 5 minutes. I thought about just buying another one because I loved it. They have a new model that I like, but when I tried to buy it, they told me they consider their HIGHEST-END new model the same as my mid-range model from over a decade ago, so it's ineligible for a new warranty. In other words, I get $1000 off a $5000 bed, but the new bed won't come with a warranty.

He suggested another mattress and has gone out of his way to get that set up, as has the lady who has been e-mailing me about arrangements. While this should be the service we get from everyone, these days I find it the exception, not the rule.
