The salesman we had was Mike and he was so helpful in directing us to the right mattress for the travel trailer. We were really pleased with the value we got and the mattress. We moved to the area a while back and needed a new king size mattress for ourselves. We were so pleased with our first purchase from Mike we went back and bought an adjustable bed from him. We are needed another mattress for a guest room and will definitely be headed to Mattress Pro Discounters for this purchase. I am so glad we saw his box truck out front and stopped into shop. ***Delivery Crew Danger***…read more I have achieved a new level of anger this evening, at the ineffective and lazy delivery men of AFW. On top of them throwing my couches, damaging my walls, being insanely rude to my wife, cursing, intimidating my wife about having to take pieces of our couch up a flight of stairs, and complaining the whole time they were here, I have now discovered that the American Furniture Warehouse delivery men helped me achieve a new level of CUSTOMER DISSATISFACTION, by not even actually assembling the couch! Please tell me what was the purpose of the delivery?! What the actual fudge is the delivery fee for?! I only discovered this after I heard squeaking and grinding as we tried to recline and sit. And when I pulled on the top of the seats they all came apart. I have no idea if there is damage now and I cant begin to express my anger enough. This is the 2nd time AFW has failed massively. I realized as i came here to leave this review they botched our delivery for my daughter's bedroom set 4 & 1/2 years ago. I had forgotten that, and inadvertently i have given them another chance. Its good to see they consistently fail. My mistake. Smh.

Now, this joint has pretty much every type of mattress you might be looking for (don't let the "Clearance Center" in its name mislead you), but they attempt to up-sell like nobody's business! While we were dealing with the salesman, some other employee walked in with a bag of to-go food, an all the employees seemed to be looking his way. I get it -- there's no lunch hour when you are a salesperson. But damn, guys! If you didn't try to upsell so much, we could've been out of there, an you would've had a commission ... and your Taco Bell! Bottom line: We thanked our guy and let him know that we were still looking (we ended up buying elsewhere). He was polite. My wife picked out 2 pillows that was in the deal but now they are says we have to buy a pillow and get one free. The store manager don't know what the hell she is doing and the sells young man is right there with her. I told them to forget the pillows and I would be calling to have the mattress picked up as soon as we go somewhere else to replace it. I will be calling my credit card company for a refund on this mattress. Get someone that is truthful in sales and not a DEI manager that doesn't know what the hell is going on!! I bought a 9k massage chair and they sent me a broken piece of junk. I'll include photos if I can. refused delivery. delivery guys were great and did their best. took pictures of the piece of junk broken crap they sent me at the warehouse and said they told them about it but whoever was the warehouse manager was told them to deliver it anyway. this is not a company who cares about quality. I bought from them in the past, but I will be posting negative reviews on every media I can. really 9k and they deliver me substandard goods.
