Once I had a final date, they didn't have the adjustable base that I needed for my bed, so Jim called me and left a message. In the time it took for me to get back to him, he had already resolved the issue. He was very apologetic and wanted to make sure I had everything I needed, since he knew I needed the bed on that date.
