I didn't understand why Google said this location had 5 stars on yelp, but now I see it's because the reviews are 2+ years old. So I thought I'd leave an updated one. The second we walked in, the lady at the desk greeted us and seemed sweet. She asked us if we needed anything, so I proceeded to tell her that I wasn't sure because my husband and I had never been mattress shopping before. She just said "okay". After asking if we could lay on the mattresses and she handed us some bags with a sheet in them and explained what to do, then she just went back to her desk. There was a man who must have been the manager who was in the back or something came out because they had customers. I was expecting him to say something, or ask us what we were looking for, or even offer up knowledge about the mattresses to help us find something that fit our needs......... instead he just stood in the lobby the entire time without saying a word and just watched us walk around. We're pushing on mattresses, trying to read the grading tag, trying to understand on our own what the gradings meant, did a few passes per mattress...... The man never even said hi. He didn't even move at all. He just stood in one spot and stared at us awkwardly the entire time we were in there. The girl at the desk never said anything to us after her initial reaction either. It was so uncomfortable we just said thanks and left.

Delivery did not go so well. They arrived early, which was great. However they refused to remove the old mattress and were going to leave the new mattress sitting in the middle of the room, until we had our son and neighbor come help. They got the (emptied) mattress outside, and the delivery men left. They didn't even take the plastic wrapping from the new mattress. We had to pay to have the old mattress picked up by Waste Pro. We notified John, have not heard anything back. It has been 5 weeks.
