Long story short, store officials were very apologetic and Mr Dave Thomas came to my house with a mechanic who determined the chair was not repairable. THEN ... THEY HAULED IT AWAY AND CHARGED ME $45 for the hauling. Mr Thomas explained it's company policy. I asked them to change that 'policy' and haven't heard back. Sad.

Gaylen and Justin let us test several mattresses. They were low on inventory from a big sale, so they lent us a queen-size set until a California-king mattress can be delivered. We also bought a frame, mattress protector and tempur-pedic cooling pillows for good prices. They helped us load the mattresses in the back of our truck. Nice employees.

Checking with the mattress company they do offer refunds, however this particular store will not! So we are now buying a mattress they don't carry. He had a few selected in his store but had about ten catalogs full of different style furniture to choose from. He gave us a good deal on a queen bed set and two couches . I am happy to say that I will be coming back to purchase my kids bedroom furniture . I feel that I was treated with much respect unlike other chain furniture stores .
