They also threw in free delivery and take away of our old mattress. In addition, we got comped 2 pillows, sheets and a mattress protector. The mattress was delivered the following week and we are very happy with it! I also want to compliment the sales and delivery staff--they were nice to deal with and very professional.

When we met Jeremy, we quickly stated what we where after and to show us what he has. After we told him what we where after and why, he recommended we don't change our mattress (we bought it 11 months ago). He then guided us to the adjustable power bases located in the showroom. Within the first 15 seconds on laying in the bed, and his demonstration, we instantly felt the change and release of pain. My better half almost fell a sleep instantly with the adjustable base. Not only did Jeremy offer a no pressure sale approach, but he kept in constant contact with me through out the delivery process as well. This type of service is very hard to find, and he offered with no questions asked. Had Jeremy not taken the time to truly help us, we would have spent and wasted money on yet another mattress that wouldn't have worked. The pain in the fibromyalgia has dramatically decreased and now we look forward to pain free sleep every night. If you suffer from any pain (especially back pain) while sleeping, go and talk to Jeremy.

Kennedi greeted us at the entrance, and after listening to our dilemma, the oversized straight chair was first suggested. It was dismissed as not being cozy enough to curl up for an afternoon's nap. This circular chair, once presented, stopped the clock. The chair is firm and comfortable. The chair was selected on a Saturday and delivery was scheduled for the following Saturday. David volunteered to conclude the sale on Monday for a busy Kennedi. While some might have found the chair expensive ($600+) adding delivery and cleaning/replacement damage coverage brought total still under $1000. Oversized recliners are in this same ballpark. It is nice to buy local. Our delivery service was a TEN. The sale...seamless.

I bought a mattress, bed, side tables and a dresser for over $8K. They were delivered and the…read moreinstallers mentioned that I needed a box spring before they could set the mattress. I wasn't aware it was needed nor did the Ashely sales folks indicate it was needed. Also, magic fingers was supposed to be part of the package. It was not. When I called the store to ask if a mattress was needed and if there were magic fingers on the bill I was told by Jason he would get right back to me. He didn't. I called the next day furious and talked to the current manager, Mitch, because Jason was out that day. He also said he would get right on it to see if we needed the box springs and what happened to the magic fingeres. Absloutley no response. Today, still no response and I have talked to 2 different service entities, the last in the Philippines. All zero help. Please don't buy anything from these people. Service is non-existent.
