Me and my boyfriend went into just look at mattresses and in the end we walked out happy customers who now own an amazing mattress. Upon walking in Kyle greeted us and made his way right over to help. He was super nice and knew exactly what he was talking about. He helped us use the machine in the store that figures out your pressure points and helps to choose your beds. (That's so cool, how the heck does it do that?!) After doing that he took us around to the first bed and saw that we didn't really like it! Not to fear, he got us over to something way more comfortable and still affordable that was also on our list. After seeing what we did and didn't like he also suggested a few other beds that didn't come up on our list and from that we found the perfect one! Apparently I forgot to update in 30 days ‍ I am still very happy with the purchase and love my bed!

Unprofessional is the only word I can use to describe the assistant manager "Mike" . Me and my father originally needed a bed frame. After going to this location, they said they didn't have any, which is no big deal. Anyway, we went 30 minutes out of our way to another store to get one. We then drive 30 minutes home, just to realize that we need a box spring. We decided to take the frame apart and buy one from mattress Warehouse, so we called and they didn't have any. We bought the frame at another location. Afterwards we returned to this location in order to return the original bed frame, as SOON as we walked in the door Mike shut us down. He didn't listen, he didn't let us talk, he was rude and arrogant. We have given them so much business, and they were SO rude. I'm not hard to please, and I don't complain much. But I think that if your going to spend that kind of money on something like a bed, or bed frame, that the customer service should be very good. AMAZING. Get over to mattress warehouse as soon as humanly possible and quit wasting your nights' sleep on the mattress you're using now. I can't believe I waited so long to get over here and buy a mattress. It changed my life - I'm not being dramatic. I've had my mattress for months now and it just gets dreamier and dreamier and I regret only not getting it sooner. My sleep is a thousand times better and my whole mood and overall functionality is better throughout the day (and I can't wait to go to bed!). The salesmen here were so helpful in getting me in the one that felt the best for me and what would be best for my sleeping position and reported sleeping pains and really talked me through all the choices. They were also fantastic at getting me the best price and financing it and setting up delivery and add-ons. ALSO I would recommend NOT buying a random mattress online somewhere and actually come in to this store - the type of mattress I thought I'd like the most was actually the least comfortable compared to others I tried and eventually bought. I just brought a friend in to get one here too and he took the sleep position test like I did and found the perfect mattress for him in under an hour, financed it, scheduled delivery, and we were out of there in a jiff. We were treated very well at the store. Kyle was very informative and not at all pushy. We love the mattress and adjustibe frame we purchased. BUT, delivery was terrible. The guys were rude and destructive. Our side rails on our bed frame were damaged. They left a pile of tiny plastic balls on carpet, then walked on them, grinding them into carpet. Customer service at corporate office was not helpful. We asked them to refund $270 to cover delivery and damages. They told us all they could refund was $170. Delivery costs $99. After spending over $3500 we wre not pleased. read more

We arrived last evening 3/22/17 looking to purchase a queen bed. We were met with a "hello" from that back, good start... not swarming us. We went back to ask a few questions, I for one wanted to know what he thought of the all foam/memory foam mattresses that you can buy online, and if they sold them there at Mattress Warehouse. He said that they were junk, and showed us one in the back room... I told him that I had investigated several brands, that had many good reviews. He told me those reviews were all fake that "They pay college students to make fake reviews". OK... maybe. So we went back out to try out a few other beds... not knowing where to even start... my son told him he wanted a firm mattress with some give to it... his response. "That describes 3/4 of our store" in a rude tone. OK... let that slide, after all we did need a mattress. We looked around some more, all the while Kyle was seated at his computer, not the least bit interested in guiding us in any way. I don't buy a mattress very often, and am NOT a mattress salesman. I am however a nurse, my husband a school teacher, and my son a college grad with computer science... we aren't stupid, and thought we were asking intelligent questions. When I had the audacity to ask if there were any mattresses that were on sale... he said "Pick one, and I'll tell you if it's on sale". That was the final straw. He had been rude at least 3 times, not helpful, and definitely was not getting my business. We went to Value City, got a name brand mattress, and had EXCELLENT help. I don't know where the few other reviews on this site came from that are glowing of Kyle... maybe they paid some college students!!! read more

This place has horrible customer service. They delivered my mattress out of the time frame and then told me too bad about it. I asked for a refund and they refused, saying I agreed to no refunds on the credit card receipt even though their policy is you may get a refund up until delivery and acceptance of the mattress.I called the regional manager three times and he never returned my call. They have lost my business in the future. They also have over priced mattresses. Look at Sears or other stores that offer a 30 day refund. read more

I bought a pillow a couple months ago from a guy named Chris who was the pushiest sales guy ever. ALMOST had me buying a bed (THANK YOU I DIDN'T!!) He even went as far to say to please come back to THAT store and not any other location so he would make commission!! He told me if I didn't like it, I had 1 year to return it. Well, the pillow had this nasty, musty, chemical smell (of course: MADE IN CHINA) and I let it sit out without a pillowcase for over a week as a "few days" is recommended. It is still disgusting even when you walk in the room you can smell it let alone next to your face!!!!! So I went in to return it. I was told that you cannot return it and that Chris was fired. I am MAD!!!! Have heard that THIS COMPANY DOESN'T GIVE A S--T ABOUT IT'S CUSTOMERS, ONLY TO MAKE MONEY! Well, they got mine but don't let them take yours!!! BE WARNED!!! I will say, the gentleman that was working in there today was extremely nice. It wasn't his fault that the company he works for SUCKS!!! read more
