I would like to start of by saying buyer be aware! I have never had a more unpleasant experience in my life! What should have been an easy, pleasant experience turned out to be a nightmare! First I order a mattress then get told a delivery date get left waiting all day till 6:30 pm no phone call, no email, no text no communication whatsoever and no delivery! Keep in mind to prepare for new mattress I got rid of old mattress! Now I was left with no mattress! Only to call and be told they were closed for the day! Called next day then got told it was week en and would not hear back till Monday! Monday comes no communication yet from company I then call them at noon only to be told they have in notes that I cancelled order which of course I didn't! Then told sorry for our mistake we will deliver on Wednesday! Wednesday comes I again am waiting all day till 4:30 with yet again no communication no deliver. I call again only to be told there was a change in delivery date but again no one bothered to communicate with me! Then I ask for manager get left on hold for 15 minutes only to be routed to a voicemail. I call back again speak with another representative who then informs me that she sees her end no notes about any cancellations or changes that the real issue was they never had a scheduled date period. So every time I spoke with someone they fed me lies and were giving me the run around! Instead of being honest and direct! I then of course ask to cancel my order and for a full refund and instead they now tell me that now the DistrIct Manager want to speak with me and forward me to his voicemail and instead of ca cell if my order right away as I asked this man Savi had the audacity not to even contact me directly by phone he emails me and try's to offer me $350 off my purchase while lying on email saying they were trying to reach out to me, like that is going to make up for his company their lies and his lack of decency, disrespect and lack of communication. Then they proceeded to tell me I had to wait a week for my refund for my cancellation of the order. I would not recommend this company to anyone. I went to Mattress Firm and got the same mattress for a better price and it will be delivered tomorrow a lot sooner than they were going to deliver theirs. So if your looking for a mattress company who will treat you with respect and deliver promptly with great prices and good communication skills and customer skills then Mattress Firm is your store! read more

First, loved that the staff was COVID conscious and wearing mask, while requiring visitors to wear masks as well. My wife and I were in the market to upgrade our mattress from a queen to king. We visited the Mattress Firm and another mattress/furniture store on Skibo before stopping into the Mattress Warehouse where we met LD (sales consultant). LD listened to what we were looking for as well as what we needed. He told us about the company's patented science based methodology designed to determine which mattresses would be the best for our bodies based on our own bodies positioning and weight distribution on a mattress. After the system determined which mattresses would be best for my wife and I, it narrowed things down, which allowed my wife and I to compare 3 mattresses, though the first mattress with an adjustable head and foot base was a clear winner. The bed will be delivered on Tuesday (25th), after finding it today (22nd). We took advantage of the 0% financing over 60 months, which we'll pay off early, but at 0% financing why not buy NOW. Kicker, we'll have 30 days to sleep on the bed at home too determine if we are truly happy with it, if not it goes back, which is awesome. The experience was second to none!!! Their corporate office would not exchange the wrong base they shipped, nor would they return my money. the mattress is still in the package. These are bad business practices. if a company can not follow the law what else will it do? Head up guys promised a double lift bed, I did not get one. Maybe they don have any? In my opinion, but the bed base they sent with the head-only lift base, is engineeringly flawed, and in doing so they are trying to offload it on unsuspecting customers. I say it is a bad design because it just slides you out of it onto the floor, and sending it to me instead of the head lift leg lift I requested is just criminal. Had the best mattress shopping experience here! LD really took his time to explain the pros and cons of different mattresses after getting to know what we wanted and why. He wasn't pushy and didn't try to upsell us a set that was expensive and tried staying within the parameters of our budget. The entire experience took about an hour and even with another shopper in the store and LD being the only sales representative, he didn't rush us. Decent selection, however, I found the sales lady to be pushy and condescending. She hovered over me and I would've preferred to try out beds without a stranger standing over me the whole time. I also didn't like that there were different prices that this store charges different customers. I was confused on the pricing as she had to go and "look it up" for military discounts. There is no percentage discount for military, just a price that's looked up in a book. If I was given a firm 10% off, then I would've felt better about the sale. I felt like I was shopping for a used car. I ultimately got an awesome, no hassle deal on a top of the line Sterns and Foster mattress and box spring at a competitors store. I visited the mattress warehouse during a quiet time of day during a weekday at 6:30 pm. I was greeted by Mel who I could tell right away was very confident in what he talking about regarding his merchandise and in explaining the computer readings he took on the pre-testing to determine what mattress would best work for my body. I went in thinking one way but the computer results showed something a little more firm than what I initially was thinking, but in no way did he try to talk me out of what I wanted but let the merchandise do the talking. He was very attentive to hygiene as I reclined on each mattress set. Bottom line I left not making a purchase and checked out a couple of other places but promptly returned the next day and made a purchase in my price range and the firmness that the computer suggested and am very satisfied with it and 2 weeks have past since this post. Don't waste your time or money! I have never experienced customer service so bad! I purchased a mattress and bed spending $700 in this store and like anyone expected professional customer service. After my purchase the ladies suggested I pickup my items on a certain day. At pickup I was told to expect the rest of my purchase that weekend. Well that came and went, 3 weeks later staff still are not able to tell me if the items have been ordered. No one takes responsibility to check and give me any answers. I decide it's best to get my money back but am told I have to call corporate. I called their customer service and go 2 more days with no answer even though I was told I would receive a call back in 24 hours. The store puts all responsibility on the warehouse and customer service. However while on the phone with customer service I'm told the store could have requested my refund. And then there is not even an apology for wasting the time of a customer who spent their hard earned money in their store. Go to a more reputable place! Now I'm still without a bed for my son and have to wait 3 days to get my money back. read more
