Then he proceeded to load up a pallet of the 26 bags of rock while I went to pay at the register. He had it load and pulled around waiting for us and help loaded it on the trailer. Over the past month I spent approximately $2000.00 at Lowe's. I purchased a refrigerator and landscape blocks and then on 30th I spent approximately $500.00. Needed parts for a Stihl chainsaw that I did not believe I could get elsewhere nearby. Had driven quite a ways and gotten out of work early just to do this. I did express my dismay but did not use any profanity or make any personal remarks. At the time I was more upset with myself for having bought a Stihl chainsaw (as I am now finding out that it is not as easy to get parts for as most other brands). At any rate, I saw the same guy who would not let me in the store about an hour later at another hardware store (quite a coincidence) and the guy started mocking me. Great customer sensitivity and service...not.
