We had been searching for a new mattress set for months and had done so much research. We hit all the stores, or so we thought, until we went to Mattress Warehouse in Fuquay Varina and met the manager, Matt. The Mister and I are old school and do not like these new memory foam mattresses. We prefer innerspring with individually wrapped coils. Matt saved us and this would be our final stop on the mattress tour. He is not pushy on sales nor does he try to convince you to choose. What he does do, is provide you with a wealth of information on what's available. He also recommended the "Bed Match" experience, which after taking, we HIGHLY recommend as well. The computer analysis was accurate and sure enough we finally found our forever mattress set. Matt allowed us to take our time and try each bed that the computer recommended. He didn't hover, but rather assisted others and then came back to us when we were ready to try the next. In the end, we selected the River Oaks King. Matt was even able to help us last minute the day before delivery when we realized that we ordered the wrong height for the box spring. He changed it for us just like that. We decided to upgrade our bed to a king several months ago. After shopping around at other local mattress stores, and being completely floored by the prices, we decided to stop into Mattress Warehouse to see what this brand new store could offer us. We went in the evening so it was relatively slow which had me concerned because I didn't want to get cornered by a pushy salesman with nothing better to do. It turned out that Abdel was the furthest thing from pushy that there is. We had our minds made up when we got there about our price point and he was very respectful and mindful of our needs and budget. After a quick run through of what was available that fit our budget he left us alone to check out some mattresses and get our affairs in order for the purchase. We never felt pressured or rushed, and aside from a little slow internet (they had *just* opened so there were some kinks with the lines) we were in and out with a seamless and respectful transaction. My husband and I stopped in yesterday to try to find a mattress that we both will agree on. The entire experience was wonderful. Abdel the store manager was very helpful, was informative on the product of each mattress, and was not pushy to make a sale. I told him our budget and he showed us mattresses at the top and low side of the budget. His concern was for us to be comfortable. We got a wonderful deal on the mattress that we chose and the delivery is quick. We chose a later date but we could have received the mattress with 2 days. Abdel Laabidi, the manager, gave such attentive service. He did not over sell me what I wanted instead he found me just what I was looking for. Then, when the mattress that I picked out was going to take more then one week to come in, he did not think that was good and he ordered me the next level up! I never asked for an upgrade, never complained about a short delay, he just did this out of offering the best service ever. I will definitely go back for another mattress. Went in this past weekend just window shopping as my husband and I are having to convert from a King to Queen mattress. Abdel was so polite and took time with us to ensure that we had a bed that was a good fit for both myself and my husband as we have different preferences.
