The tech fixes the dishwasher which had to be secured back into the cabinet where it was initially installed. Guy fixes it then turns to my wife and I and says" my boss needs me to charge $186 for the service!" My wife says "what about its $69.99" guy then says "ok it $69.99" This is shady BS. Is this guy working on profit for himself, do they not have a structured pricing program. This was and easy job. Steer clear of this company.
