There are centralized sales desks to check out, but most only have one employee staffing it. Still, they are apologetic for your wait time and are very courteous and efficient. As far as selection, there is so much to look at, I almost always come home spending more than I planned. The shoe department is especially good. So is the handbag department. Actually every department I have shopped has had a good assortment and I can find things I want. They also have a Clearance center with REALLY low prices on the second floor.

I asked if the 4-week timeline could be guaranteed, and she told me it could not -- in fact, she said it would likely be longer than that. This directly contradicted what we had just been told over the phone. At this point, we are nearly four months in with no clear or reliable delivery timeline. The lack of transparency and inconsistent communication has been extremely disappointing. I would strongly caution others about purchasing furniture from this store if it requires warehouse delivery, as the estimated timelines do not appear to be accurate or dependable.

We placed a call to Melvin the owner of the local company and made an appointment for him to come and talk to us about what Budget Blinds had to offer. He made an appointment and was very professional and informative. He showed us the blinds that he offered and the difference between the different levels of blinds. He measured all of the different windows in the house and calculated the price for the type of blinds that we had chosen. It took a few weeks for the order to be available for installation. His installers arrived and in short order completed the installation - All of the blinds fitted the windows perfectly. We have had numerous tradesmen work on our houses in the past, but these workers were as professional as any we have worked with. The instillation was completed perfectly and everything was cleaned up when they finished. We were extremely pleased with the outcome. We highly recommend Budget Blinds of Lion Country

Our window presented a bit of an issue they never dealt with. Because of this, they said they would contact other distributors for input. They stated there was "an on-line training conference" the week before and asked for an extra week to investigate our issues. March 2 was the meeting. We expected a response on March 16, 2021. Today is April 13, 2021. Frustrated at no response, I reached out to the company and was told they do not make excuses, BUT... then proceeded with a litany of excuses (mostly personal in nature). Be that as it may, for a company that spent 25% of the March 2nd meeting touting their superior customer service, the facts speak louder than their words. If you cannot follow-up on a promise made over one month ago, I would never trust them with my issue let alone any money for product or services. If you can't solve a blind problem (even though that appears to be all you do) at least have the courage to tell your customer. Future customers beware. After posting this review, and be asked by myself to NOT keep texting me their apologies the company touting "their customer service" continued to badger me!! Finally, after a terse response from me with many (!!!! And ???) They again "reached out" with yet another unwelcome text to inform me they were blocking me!!!!? Maybe, you should LISTEN and respect your customers wishes. You made a bad situation terrible by badgering!

The problem is this. I tried to explain I must have misplaced that card no bad deal right ? WRONG INSTEAD of confirming my name to the records in the notebook, what is shown that I was signed up for the program? These ladies were rude to me and told me it's their policy isn't that convenient for them so instead of paying 50% off I was charged $10 for one garden ornament for three dollars should've been $1.50 and a cup of sand in a specimen cup for $1.99 and some aquarium rocks that were $1.99 also they could've gave me a 50% discount but no they charge me $10 for something that should've been five if that, I might be wrong here but all they had to do is confirm my name in the notebook and everybody could've had a nice day but no they ruined my day The stuff is so overpriced there and when I went back to the manager's office, she was not willing to meet me halfway she stood there and said nothing. She was holding money in her hand, like it was more important to her seriously, I can't make this up these people say they're here to help they're not. This is a quirky store that fits in for the area. I actually never heard of it until I saw the map. Ken's sits in a position that overlooks Route 219 and is about a mile or two from the exit. Not much else up herein terms of shopping beside the thrift store. Parking lot is a bit tricky as it is gravel and not marked in anyway. Once inside you are greeted by several different rooms that are filled with stuff. It definitely covers all departments that you would find at a store. Not as large as you would find in a typical store, but definitely covers a fair share. Like many stores like this, some of the items on the shelf could be questionable. Read that as some packages are damaged, maybe some are near their sell by date. One last thing, go by their Facebook page not their webpage.
