So happy with my new mattress, sheets, and pillow and the fast free delivery!! I am not the most wealthy person and I definitely broke my expected budget when I came here, so be prepared to spend in the $1-2k range. We had them deliver the mattress but chose not to pay the setup fee, since we already had the frame set up with our existing bed. The delivery guys said that they couldn't bring the mattress to the bed room as that was considered "setup". They would only drop it in the entryway or foyer. The master bedroom was 15 steps away on the same floor in a open floor plan house. The route had nothing blocking the path and was clear of furniture. I ask if they could just bring it to the doorway of the bedroom. After threatening to cancel the order they relented and sarcastically made a big deal about moving it the 15 steps. Really spoiled the whole purchase experience.

There is no alternative window offered and you cannot change it. Of course I read the text at 6:50am the next morning. My kids are still sleeping in the old beds. You guessed it, an out-of-breath delivery service team shows up at the door at 7:30 with mattress and box springs in hand asking me to please sign acknowledging that I don't don't want it set up. These fellows are hustling because they needed to get to the next delivery. They then call customer service on speaker phone so you can also verbally acknowledge declining setup that I asked for during purchase. So now I had two choices. Roust the kid out of bed and tear down a bed. (They won't wait for that.) or decline setup and write a Yelp review.
