I bought a mattress here on recommendation of a friend who is an engineer, which means he has researched everything possible before buying. I bought a bed they made with a two inch memory foam topper, when I felt it was too firm I went back to store and they picked up the bed, added another inch and returned it the next day. Its perfect. Apparently the memory foam would have softened up after sitting but i only gave it five days. My friends make jokes about me bringing a pea with me to try out mattresses... anyway they didnt give me a hard time at all and I think the value is really good as well. Another friend of mine has already ordered a mattress from them (different type) and is really happy. I had returned a previous bed I bought from Costco. These guys were just great! Could not have been better customer service or a better experience overall. Their mattress quality is first rate as well. We went to their showroom/factory and picked out a mattress we thought we wanted. We also got a taller foundation than we had before. Absolutely no pressure in any way and Devin really knows the product. One of the best purchase experiences we have ever had. The mattress was built to order and ready the next morning - delivered right after lunch at our request. Great service!! The mattress turned out to be a bit firmer then we desired and also taller. Gregg (owner) called us after working hours and immediately volunteered to replace the mattress. Next morning he and Devin tore our old mattress down to see how it was put together then built a custom mattress to duplicate the feel. The custom replacement mattress (and lower foundation) was delivered right after lunch and turned out to be perfect! Very comfortable (and much better built than our old, quite expensive, BeautyRest Black turned out to be). We toured their factory and saw the high quality of the parts they use for ourselves. They did not charge us an extra dime for replacing the mattress with a custom one! The delivery guys, both times, were very nice, very careful, on time, and fast! Update from our 2016 mattress: has been a great quality and comfortable mattress this entire time! Started to be slightly less comfortable lately so we went in to buy the exact same mattress that we loved so much. We were reminded of the warranty (completely forgot) and they promptly came out first thing the next day to get our mattress. After inspection, the springs and everything looked good but the mattress top had seen better days. They replaced the top and sent it on back. Got the refreshed mattress back same day! After buying a new house, the hunt for furniture began. It was tedious and after a while, all of the prices and "sets" began to just look the same. I had driven past this store countless times since I lived just up the road, but never went in because I just thought it was another "low end" business along the McLaughlin strip. I was so WRONG. The people that work there all seem like one big family. They were polite, friendly, and did not try to push me towards anything. I had priced a "big name" adjustable bed with cool gel memory foam at close to $5000. That was JUST the bed, not eh frame, or any of the bedroom furnishings. I wanted my wife to have the best and with her acid reflux problem, an adjustable bed was the answer. By the time I was done at Mattress Warehouse USA, I had an absolutely gorgeous full bedroom suite AND the bed of my wife's dreams for LESS than JUST what I would have paid for the mattress alone. The delivery was amazing and the team were very professional and did a great job of setting up my bedroom. To top it off, there was a bracket missing to attach the mirror to the dresser. The delivery driver made a note, ordered the piece, and came all the way back out to Estacada to attach my bedroom mirror. Don't waste your money on the "big name" stores. This place may look small, but it has that old Macy's/Marriott customer service standard that has all but died in today's world. read more
