The delivery team caused significant damage--holes in my walls, scraped paint off my railings, and even ripped out ceiling light fixtures. When the company sent someone out to "fix" the damage, the repairs were rushed and poorly done, leaving my walls looking worse than before. To make matters even more frustrating, the owner contacted me with a dismissive and unprofessional attitude. Now I'm left paying out of pocket to properly repair damage that THEY caused. To top it all off, one of the movers behaved inappropriately and asked me for a hug. Completely unacceptable. Warehouse isn't huge by any means and we were in to get a few twin beds for kids. It was easy to narrow down a choice among the selections they had. The salesman helping us (i wish i could remember his name right now) was laid back, very non-pushy, maybe to the extent you wonder if he wants you to stick around or just leave. He offered the step up mattress at the lower mattress price. Nice deal. We ordered and were told they'd be in that week. We planned to come back Sunday to get them on our way back from vacation. We were coming back from out of state and realized we weren't making it in time. I thought there was no way we should ask the salesman to stay, but my husband called and he told my husband no problem. In the end we were almost an hour past closing time and sure enough he was there waiting. He had no problem letting a couple of our kids come in to use the restroom. My husband tried to tip him but he declined, and asked we write a review if we were pleased. It's been a few months (about 5 now) and the kids still like their mattresses. No issues at all with them. I will definitely plan to return when we need another bed! So the warehouse might look a little run down and crammed, and the restroom even worse, but the customer service and product has been excellent! Wow. I just had the absolute worst experience at this Tempur-Pedic location. From the second we…read morewalked in the associate was nothing short of rude and miserable. We will be purchasing a mattress in the next 2-6 months and Tempur-Pedic is one of the final contenders. The associate walks up to us and says "Are you looking for bedding or a mattress?", no hello, how are you, my name is, etc. We were already turned off to the associate so we continued to walk and look around. The second we sat on the mattress she yells from across the room "You can't lay on that without a protective sheet!" so we proceed to walk out. There's a way to bring up that they would prefer a protective sheet and a way to approach that conversation but being loud and aggressive isn't that way. It gave us the opinion that she instantly thought we were just "kicking the tires". If you are seriously considering a Tempur-Pedic I recommend going to Twelve Oaks and asking for Autumn. She provided us with an amazing experience when we looked previously and even though Somerset is about 45min closer to us if we decide to go with this mattress we will drive there instead. This location doesn't deserve your business or your money and that associate doesn't deserve her job.
