Anyway they reassured me that I'd be fine since it comes with a warranty and with the warranty I'd be able to have it cleaned as often as I like and that it covered Paws claws and even beaks. So knowing this I went ahead ad purchased it. well the sectional was delivered and during the delivery I noticed the Ottoman was broken. So the drivers took a pic of it and said that I'll most likely get a replacement. Well now apparently there is nothing that can do about the ottoman. They are telling me that this was a closeout purchase which means the couch is sold as is EVEN BROKEN, oh and get this I CANT GET THE WARRANTY EITHER.. So I was basically tricked into buying this ottoman and they wont even take it back or make the situation right.

Tyler gave us a great deal $300 difference than our local mattress store for the exact same mattress. Everything went smoothly, and we were in and out in less than 1/2 hour.
