When checking out today I was drenched in sweat, and the cashier mentioned how nice out it is and I agreed but said it's a little warm inside, and she just started arguing with me telling me that it's not hot in there at all (it was easily over 95° in the building, especially in the back where there is no air flow) another coworker seemed to try to deescalate the situation and explain that they're just use to it being even hotter in there, and I agreed with her because this was nothing to fight over. But the whole experience was so weird and tone deft. I'll still be back, usually the staff is very friendly. I guess just don't mention the temperature lmao

I didn't end up buying anything but spent a good 45 minutes just looking around and feeling the nostalgia from my childhood. There are different booth numbers where I'm guessing people bring their things to sell on consignment. Some may say it's junk but honestly, I feel like there is some history there. They have everything from stickers to kitchen items, furniture and holiday decorations. It's a fun place to look around, even my husband thought so.

Surprisingly it came, but not in boxes. Was already put together, so nice suprise. We did not have any product tags to know what care we need to do to maintain the newness of the furniture. Also no paperwork other than our receipt of full payment and warranty price. Have called to make sure our set is registered for warranty which they said they do. Also went over a few times to get warranty paperwork. After quite a few calls and trips to the store to get the rest of our information on warranty, we keep being told they will call us back on attaining the warranty info and care directions on furniture. Cassie Hicks was a great sales person I think the problem is now the office people who are suppose to get our things registered for warranty haven't followed thru. Nice place, but follow up after payment is unacceptable.

Danny was excellent sitting down and getting paperwork started without being a vulture. He also let us talk through a couple decisions about it without pressuring us on extras. They discussed pick up, delivery, and any issues that may come up and how to fix them. They are the kind of people you want to sell you stuff at any business because they do it right. As far as furniture selection, it's not vast, but what they do have is a good assortment and what they have is priced right. Sonetimes you need comfort without spending an arm and a leg.
