The store delivered all of this on a Friday afternoon exactly when I needed to schedule their delivery time to fit my timeline. The delivery and setup went fine. She's like well we don't do that here and she's like we've got to send you the Claims Dept. and I'm like well this isn't. I knew it wasn't a claim because literally my dog chewed chewed it up and 2022 that was three years ago. He was only a year old so he he had gotten it and chewed on it and he was teething. He was born on Christmas so OK he was less than a year old but anyway she literally knew exactly. I know she knew exactly which company made that adjustable base because it was in her computer and she gave me four different wrong numbers. She was so disrespectful and she she was arguing with me after I called her back the second time when I said it's not a claims and they the Claims Dept. does not do this. They only do claims so she gave me another number. OK that number was wrong. No that number was wrong and literally I had to go through four or five different numbers and it ended up also I would've had to do was look at the back of my remote and on the back of the remote it literally tells you who is the maker of the adjustable base and literally it said it right on the back of the remote why couldn't she have told me that she knew who it was because literally it should've been in her computer I was in her computer because I bought a king size in a queen size mattress and two adjustable bases to go with them plus the The mattress covers that are waterproof and that you can't dry in the dryer because it'll mess up the deal it's waterproof and it has to be cared for in a different way so anyway long story short I go through all of this trouble and she's awful to me. She doesn't listen to me after I call and tell her about the Claims Dept. not doing it and she's literally yelling at me and not listening to what I'm telling her and she's like yes they do I said no they don't. I just got off the phone with them and she's yelling at me and I'm like what kind of Customer Service what kind of a manager are you? I'm thinking this in my head I would never ever do business with mattress firm again with this particular manager, I would never ever go into the store and do any business with them when I went in there and bought my mattresses and my adjustable bed frames. There was two guys there they were great. They took care of the customers they listen to the customers they didn't argue with them, and they literally sold everything they tried to sell to me except for the sheets about those on my own cause I knew better but everything else they wanted to get me to buy I did down to the adjustable bases and like literally I've never been treated so horribly on the phone in my life and it was on a recorded line so let me tell you right now. It is almost 4 o'clock so this has been a four hour process. That literally should've been taken care of in 15 minutes. All she should've said was look at the back of your remote and tell me who it says the manufacturer is and she literally had that because after I got the right information, I called her back and said look all the numbers she gave me didn't work. I ended up getting the right number from from from this other number that referred me to this other number and I finally got the right information from looking at the back of the remote so literally I called her back and said the next time somebody calls and asked for a replacement part and you don't sell replacement parts just advise them to look on the back the remote and find out who the manufacturer of that particular base is and give them the right number she's like unlike would you like that number now and I literally told her the name of the company she's like oh no, I have that I have that information right here and I said why didn't you give it to me? I've never been so disrespected in my life. She was so argumentative what happened to the customer is always right and to always listen to the Customer and what she says, and when I called her back the second call when she said no the Claims Dept. is the one that gives you the replacement parts. I said no they're not they deal with claims not replacement parts and this is in this is in a claim. This is my dogs fault. He chewed the line when he was a baby. He was coming up on his first birthday in 2022. He was teething.
