My husband, Rich, and I just recently moved to Granbury and we were in need of a new mattress. We visited this mattress firm and Robert went above and beyond with assisting us in finding the perfect mattress match for us!! He was very professional and thorough and asked us important questions of our sleeping habits, which he then thoughtfully recommended a few options for us. Considering Robert is very knowledgeable of the store's product information, it was extremely easy to trust his suggestions! My husband and I recently moved to Granbury, TX from Kent, WA. In January. 2015 we spent nearly $5000 on a split king adjustable bed in Tukwila, WA. When we moved to Granbury we asked that our mover did not permanently set up our bed because we were having the headboard wall professionally wallpapered and it would have been impossible for the paper hanger to do the job. I have now called Mattress Firm in Granbury, TX to have permanent attachments made so the beds do not move in the night. THEY REFUSED TO COME FOR A FEE TO OUR NEW HOME IN GRANBURY TO ATTACH THE BEDS BECAUSE WE HAD BOUGHT THEM IN 2015!!!! I was fully aware that I should pay for a service call to get this done however they refused even a paid service call to put the beds together. I have a home in Phoenix, AZ also and in June, 2020 spent over $5000 on a split king for the master bedroom in that house. Now I have spent over $10,000 on 2 beds purchased from them and I can't schedule a service call with the Mattress Firm in Granbury, TX! BUYER BEWARE!!!! DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!!! read more

Our shopping experience was great. Thomas helped us and took the time to allow us to try multiple different mattresses. We would recommend the store and Thomas. However, we would not recommend their "Red carpet delivery" service. It was a hot mess. Yesterday, 9/7/2021, their delivery driver from 5 Star Delivery was driving without his license and therefore could not get through our security gate. We notified the store who then told us another truck would meet up with this truck and they would switch drivers. We then get a call from our security gate stating they are asking random construction contractors and people walking down the street to drive the truck through the gate. This is a HUGE liability for Mattress Firm, our community, and ourselves. We spoke to the delivery manager Mark to tell him that was unacceptable. We then called the store again to notify them of what was happening. They called the delivery manager Mark, and told them to stop. They then reschedule the delivery for us for Saturday. About 10 minutes later the delivery manager Mark calls again and tells us another crew will deliver the mattress within an hour and a half. At 2 hours later, Mark calls again asking if they were there. They pulled up right as he called. Our mattress was delivered and the base was put together. Mattress Firm did refund the delivery fee for the all day inconvenience, and are shipping us a new sheet set as well. Our frustration lies with the delivery company. They should not be driving a vehicle without their license or putting other people at an inconvenience because they failed to do their jobs properly. Hopefully Mattress Firm will reconsider using 5 Star Delivery as their delivery company in the future. read more

Prices were comparable to other stores and online shopping, what made the difference was the salesman (Chris Jackson), he was very helpful and took time to explain the different features to us. Beds were delivered in two days and the setup team was quick and very efficient. VERY HAPPY! read more

Just purchased a mattress, box spring, and an amazing bundle set with sheets, 2 new pillows, & a mattress cover. This was my second time in to try out mattresses. The first was by myself and Mike was great. He got me fitted and gave me great info on the different options. Today I went back with my husband and we were helped by Chris who was great as well. He was patient with us as my husband is very picky. We ended up making a final decision and purchase. Great customer service with no pushy sales tactics.
