I frequented many stores and in each one of them, the staff was super kind, attentive and friendly. I'm talking from Nordstrom to UniQlo to Columbia. Many didn't have my size which is what sucked, so while I'm left without a new puffer for now, I am still happy with the overall experience at this mall. Also given that it was my first time and around the holidays, I expected a lot of chaos and craziness, but it wasn't really all that bad at all. Finding a spot in the parking lot took a bit but there is extensive (and free!) parking. Also, the restrooms were clean and spacious, and had an attendant who was cleaning, which I always fully appreciate seeing. Beautiful holiday decorations and also the usual mall food options - though the food court was on the second floor, I believe, but an unexpected closer location for me since I was hungry and ended up getting a chicken salad bowl (delicious). Why would anyone ever use the term "black market" in their store's name? Do you want me to think something illegal is going on? In case you're not familiar, this store's schtick is that it only sells black and white...so the whole time I was in there, I heard Michael Jackson singing, "It's black...it's white", with visions from the end of that video where the faces morph from one ethnicity into another....starring Tyra Banks. Anyway... Most people don't wear white in the colder months (though yes, of late, it is considered acceptable to do so), which means the majority of this store's stock is black. I'm gathering in the warmer months, the stock would then be white.... Well, I went here to find a white dress and the only white they had were shirts.
