I made an appointment…read moreas a new patient, arrived 15 minutes early, as requested, and after waiting for an hour 15 minutes past my appointment time I left explaining to the front desk staff that I couldn't wait any longer. I don't appreciate my time not being respected, as Dr expect theirs to be respected. Also, as I waited, I heard every word of the conversation the Dr had with the patient in the room next to mine. The walls are paper thin and the Dr talks very loud. I learned that the patient in the next room didn't have an appointment but the Dr "squeezed" her into his schedule. I'm glad he felt he could do that but clearly at my expense!!! After the patient left, the Dr did his dictation for her chart in the hall for all to hear and then talked about the patient with his nurse for all to hear. I value my privacy and wouldn't go back even if the staff called to reschedule, which they did no so. If this Dr values his patients, you would think the front desk staff would have called me trying to reschedule my appointment. I would not recommend this office to anyone!

I've been a patient of Dr. Fox for a few years now and I wish she was a general physician. She was…read moreexcellent at her craft, but she also has a wonderful bedside manner. She makes it a point to listen to you and understand your issues. She doesn't feel shut off or distant and definitely doesn't treat you like just another patient. After my foot surgery, she came to see me well after business hours on a Friday night at my hospital room to check on me. She could have waited until Monday and put me off like other physicians do, but she wanted to make sure everything was going well before the weekend. I've never met a more caring and compassionate physician and anyone who gets the chance to be under her care is lucky.
