These guys were great communicators whether it be email or text and they were very responsive. Pick up and drop off were very flexible in the time window, which was nice. We used the Kihei locker pick up and drop off, as it was pretty close to our lodging. I will say the toddler bed doesn't look anything like the photos, it's a very solid metal framed bed that I was lucky to have gotten a suv rental and had to put all the seats down as it didn't breakdown at all. Other than that, most of the stuff is fairly used but still in good condition. It's legitimately like if you borrowed some stuff from your friend. You wouldn't get brand new stuff, nor would your buddy clean every nook and cranny of it. All in all, I was really happy with this experience and the price was well worth not having to lug everything over.

Pricing is incredibly reasonable, and the delivery and pick up service was seamless. I was very impressed with quality of the car seat and stroller we rented -- and the variety of toys was as if we were in our playroom at home. Nana Enterprises, and John (who serviced our rentals), completely exceeded my expectations! It made traveling with a 1 year old, and keeping him safe and entertained (at all times) an ease -- and exactly what a Mama needs while on vacation ;). Don't be fooled by the local address! Yea so this place…read moreseemed to have a little bit higher than average prices but almost all of the equipment rental places are in Kona or Hilo so if you're looking for convenience this is the only game in Waimea-- except that it's basically not in Waimea because they say they have no storefront here and just a warehouse. This is where the price gouge comes in-- everything on their website is at least $25 more because of the delivery fee they don't disclose until *after* you've made a reservation, which carries a $25 cancellation fee if you don't catch the sneaky price-doubling charge in time. Either way, they're gonna try to get that $25 out of you, even if you didn't want delivery and no services were rendered. I put in the notes of my reservation that I wanted to pick up my rental from the 65-1000 Kawaihae Rd address listed on the google page and instead of proactively emailing me to say that this wasn't possible, they just made the reservation anyway with the attempted delivery charge. I only found out that pickup was impossible by contacting them to make the correction about the charge. What terrible business practices. I gave them one extra star because they weren't jerks about canceling.

I found All About Babies on the Internet and called them. I was lucky enough to connect with Chelsea, who is a god send! She was so kind and sweet and accommodating. She was also very responsive, and reliable. The equipment itself was obviously not new, but it was all very clean. The crib had a clean mattress, mattress protector, sheet, and even a quilt! Chelsea dropped off the equipment to our condo and came to pick it up after we left. She also made sure we were able to get the baby back to the airport with the rented car seat. As long as Chelsea is still with this company, we will use them again!
