One month later, no refund, after my phone call a second and different staffer said she'd 'take care of it.' Two weeks later and no refund, I finally speak to the manager who not only goes back on what her two employees told me but then hangs up on me in the middle of my explanation. Save yourself the trouble and get stuff for your kids somewhere more professional.

I will say the toddler bed doesn't look anything like the photos, it's a very solid metal framed bed that I was lucky to have gotten a suv rental and had to put all the seats down as it didn't breakdown at all. Other than that, most of the stuff is fairly used but still in good condition. It's legitimately like if you borrowed some stuff from your friend. You wouldn't get brand new stuff, nor would your buddy clean every nook and cranny of it. All in all, I was really happy with this experience and the price was well worth not having to lug everything over.
