I was SO happy to of found Maui on the Fly. This was my first flight and long travel with my young kids, not being able to bring all the things from home. I had planned on packing our inflatable toddler bed and slumberpod, but that took up SO MUCH ROOM. So the DAY before we arrived in Maui I booked a toddler bed from Maui on the Fly. Thank goodness they had inventory and the delivery fee was reasonable. I wish I needed more items to order bc it truly is so convenient. We were staying at a condo so I gave Maui on the fly the contact info for our condo owner/ manager. By the time we arrived (and even got early check in) our toddler bed was set up. Bonus: it had paw patrol bedding (everything is included in the rental) which is my son's favorite!!! My 4 year old calls it his vacation bed and now we are home and he still talks about his vacation bed. Pick up is also very easy - we had departed early but they again coordinated with the condo owner. Instructions/ directions are clear and sent out in advance so you know exactly what to do in whatever situation applies to you. I was a little nervous it could be clunky or unorganized being a small business, but they operate more smoothly and professionally than the larger companies we've rented from! Not only were they quick to respond to everything, they handled coordinating directly with the property owners of the condo where we were staying. We rented a full-size crib, baby gate, activity walker, activity cube, and booster seat with tray from Maui on the Fly. We rented the items for 6 days and they delivered them to our hotel, Hyatt Residence, before we arrived. Upon check-in, we told the bell boy and he brought all of the items to our room. When we checked out, the bell boy picked up all of the items and held onto them for Maui on the Fly to retrieve. They offer bundles or items a la carte. There is a daily fee or weekly fee, depending on how long you need the items. For orders over $50, there was no delivery fee; however, we did have to pay the Hyatt Residence $10 for dropping off and picking up the items. I thought the prices for items was reasonable, and the business idea is great. It really helped us to pack lighter and have a more comfortable stay while in Maui. Our 10-month-old baby loved playing with the activity walker and cube, and we didn't have to worry about leaving her for a few minutes since we had the gate. The full-size crib was a great option (rather than having to lug a pack-and-play from CA), and the booster seat made feeding much easier in our hotel room! I pre-ordered a crib and stroller knowing (from experience) my ten month old wouldn't sleep in the hotel provided pack n play. The crib was full sized, came with mattress, mattress protector and two fitted sheets. Our little guy slept great. The service was incredible. All payment and ordering was easy and online. They had more options then a similar bigger brand I've used in the past. The other company I looked at charged insane fees for delivering to Ka'anapali and to a major brand hotel and didn't have exactly what I wanted. I realized a few minutes before bedtime on our first night that I forgot to pack half of our monitor. I emailed Maui on the Fly and they had one out the next day for nap time. I found Maui on the Fly prior to our trip and booked on faith. All worked out as I was hoping, and we had our items waiting for us when we arrived at our timeshare. Everything was clean and in good order. It is easy to communicate. There is an expectation for you to communicate electronically, so know that in case that doesn't work for you. They are efficient and quick to answer. Once we arrived, we discovered the fold out couch in our unit that we were expecting to use was not very comfortable, so we ordered another twin roll-away bed. They got it to us just as promised. Of course, we paid a little more, since we had no way of knowing ahead of time this would be needed. I highly recommend this business.
