Maui Beach Club is my favorite place to visit and treat myself to self care. The staff is friendly, beds are clean and prices are reasonable. I've been going to this salon for a few years. I've always purchased the same package but have felt like some of my sessions are missing each year, like they run out quickly. I normally only tan in the spring or late winter for light color. The last time I was in was a few months ago and I had three, maybe four visits left according to whomever was working. I go to tan and have no visits left. She then states that they've expired. I had no idea visits expire nor was I ever told they expired when purchasing. This is why I've always felt 'shorted' on visits. Who knows how many have expired over the years. Decided not to renew and will not be returning. I would keep track of your visits if you go. read more

Maui Beach is hands down the best place to tan! I've been tanning here for almost 10 years now. I've never had a better tan from anywhere else. They have always kept up with replacing bulbs when need be. Seems like a lot of other tanning salons I've been to don't keep up with that. That's how a good tan is maintained!! I have found my new tanning salon! Being a very fair skinned redhead the fact that the gal at the front desk, who I later found out was the owner, took the time to discuss my needs and desires with my tanning experience. She was very knowledgeable about the process and offered recommendations including lotions/bronzers/accelerators which all had me baffled. My tan is developing nicely without any burns. Filthy tanning beds. They do not clean their beds properly. Covered in dry sweat. and they don't clean the handles or the top of the inside, and they don't seem to care. There are a slew of skin infections(E.coli staph, scabies to name a few) that you could potentially contract from laying in a dirty tanning bed. Save the trouble and go somewhere else. read more
