I am so impressed with Reflections Medical. The staff are all so sweet and polite. Everyone made me feel so comfortable since I was extremely nervous getting Botox for the first time. They are all very educated in every area they offer and take the time to explain everything in detail. I couldn't be happier with the results of my Botox in my forehead, I look like a new person! Everyone is so friendly here and really goes above and beyond for their clients to work with them. The vip program is AMAZING and really gives you a chance to try different things in the body and face lounge to see what really suites your needs and desires. Not only that but the consistent treatments facials ect has done wonders for my skin in the past year. The doctors are well trained and not like any other place I have been. They really have perfected their skill with injectables and are able to use different techniques to give you exactly what you want. I've tried to stick with them despite my hair getting fried and allowed my daughter to get a cut and face frame highlights only to have them completely mess up her hair, too. It seems that "medical spas" are a dime a dozen lately, and quality ones are difficult to find. I called Reflections and made an appointment for Botox. I've had Botox three times previously, so I wasn't apprehensive. I found out one of the people there administering Botox was my retired dentist. Odd. So yes she's a Dr., but doesn't have the experience I had hoped for. A different doctor ended up administering the Botox and I had terrible results. After a few days, I noticed when looking in the mirror, that one of my eyes was much higher than the other. It looked like I was two different people. I thought it would resolve itself, but when my husband noticed, I knew it must be bad. I went back to Reflections and showed them the problem and they said I could either wait it out or they would inject more to try and lift the other eye. I definitely didn't want to wait several weeks. The additional Botox didn't fix it, but helped a tiny bit. I went to a reputable spa in Grand Rapids soon after, and the Dr. said the problem most likely was caused by poor placement. Not something that makes me want to ever go back to Reflections. Also....Please... stop with the high pressure to join the " VIP" silliness. I felt like I was at a used car lot. And before you give the genetic " we can't find you in our system" , I WAS there and you need to come up with a different tactic to try and avoid responsibility. Do better! read more

I had their VIP package for 12 months doing laser hair removal. They initially told me the hair would be gone in 6-8 visits. Then once my normal girl quit it when to 10-11 visits and it isnt Exactly hair loss just thinning. It's been 12 months and there is still a ton of hair left. Don't use them it's a waste of money and they have high turn over. read more
