I ageed and she verified my insurance. Then 2 days before the appointment some one else calls me from there to tell me that my insurance would not cover the Premier dentist. So I was forced to cancel my appointment. I have not been able to get a dental appointment in 3 years in Kalamazoo.

Imagine my disappointment when I received their letter indicating they no longer deemed Delta Dental as an in network provider, and that I would have to assume the difference between what they bill and what Delta accepts and pays. This could amount to hundreds, if not thousands of dollars to me if I needed serious dental work. It's unfortunate that they don't realize how difficult it is for senior citizens, veterans, etc. to get dental insurance when they are on Medicare. To get even a minimal amount of coverage, we have to pay an additional premium to Medicare, and you still have a 50% copay for every procedure. My only option now is to find a new dentist.

I spoke to Sandy at the front desk who lied to me about their office being fragrance free and HUNG UP ON ME. I'm actively in need of dental care, and I'm trying to have a conversation that will enable me to have access to dental care, and Sandy simply couldn't be bothered with me and hung up. Apparently my disability is an inconvenience for Sandy. If you don't have a disability, they are a five-star practice. If you have a disability and need to ask for accommodation, they are a ZERO.

They got me in within 2 hours of calling. The building is adorable and located in a woodsy area so that you can watch wildlife outside as you sit in the chair. They have cutting edge, mind blowing technology with their own lab that make the crowns while you wait. No need to make temporaries and return later for the permanents. I can't begin to say how impressed I was by the service! I thought the bill would be really high given how many things were done over more than 90 minutes. They try to hold you to a fine should you at anytime be a little late to an appointment however their is no reciprocating back payment offer when you are kept waiting in the office. In addition if you ask questions regarding a procedure they expect you to undertake and it's necessity, they are threatened and defensive. You feel as if your opinion is worthless. I whole heartly agree with other reviewers siting horrible "bedside" manners from dentists like Christopher Fronczak. Yes there is a "breakdown in the doctor-patient trust relationship" when you treat people as things or at best potential income opportunities rather than patients. I understand it's a new building with a lot of new technology. However if you need to pay for it through preferentially pursuing expensive treatments, you may have over extended your spend on investment/ career. I perceive my financial advisor much or transparent and trustworthy.
